Untrustworthy people. Their business ethics leave very little to be desired. Stay away.
Shady Gurpreet. Does not care about you or your event. Makes appointments, cancels and reschedule just to cancel again. Basically stringing you on. Dont waste time. No one replies to emails or picks up calls. They dont even have an office at the venue. They will cancel last minute on your event. However, I heard they are filing for bankruptcy and cancelled on a 600ppl wedding a few days before.
11 days prior to my wedding day I received a phone call from the new owner Gurpreet stating that the building was not structurally sound and as a result, I would not be able to have my wedding there. He also made mention to the HVAC not working and that everything was out of his hands. Gurpreet even had the gull to tell me to "put yourself in my shoes". When asked for proof of this supposed structural issue, Gurpreet responded with hostility and animus.Obviously the excuse was either a play for additionally funds and/or to not fulfill his end of the contract. I would advise anyone interested in this venue to stay clear as the Management is less than honest, trustworthy, and competent.
Came here for a stag on a Friday night. On the outside, the place looks like its seen better days and same goes for the interior as well. Everything is just a little dated and run down. Food was subpar and some of the meat and pasta dishes weren't that edible however the only decent dishes were surprisingly the Indian ones (saying this as its a mostly Italian venue).
I had an event this past weekend and it surpassed my expectations. The staff were amazing and the food was delicious! The chef even came to say hi and wished us a great evening. If I could give 20 stars I would! A+++ on everything.
