Classy Affairs is a luxury event and wedding planning company based out of Vaughan & Toronto. We will cater to your needs and desires while ensuring you have a stress-free event or wedding ensuring it is exactly how you desire. As a growing team, we have all the skills and knowledge to get any event or wedding job done exceptionally!

As certified and insured event and wedding planners, our promise to you is:

Tanya and her team were absolutely incredible in planning and carrying out our April 2026 wedding. We are forever grateful for Tanya’s hard work and expert coordination in pulling off the big day. We hosted a big wedding of 250+ guests and the coordination she pulled off was out of this world. The day simply wouldn’t have run or run smoothly without her. We’ve had onlookers, guests and members of the wedding party specifically comment on how smooth the day went - and to run a big event with so many machinations and vendors and details is no small feat. This is due to Tanya and Classy Affairs TO. She held our hand figuratively and literally from the start of her contract and with prep work prior. We had the benefit of Tanya’s expertise, advice, help and guidance specifically for three months before our big day and the day itself. She was truly always there for us - to answer questions, to fill in substantive details such as items she brings, and - the big one - liaising with vendors for us. This is a major time saver for a bride and groom with their own full time jobs leading to the event. Vendors have clarifications they want to make and day run through plans they want to review - this is where the role of coordinator and planner comes in with Tanya and she was perfect. She is detailed, smart, patient, calm in pressure and experienced / knowledgeable about the industry and process. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Tanya!

How can I begin to describe how incredible it was working with Tanya and her team at Classy Affairs. From our initial consultation to the execution of each and every detail discussed on our big day, Tanya and her team were an absolute dream to work with. Tanya truly went above and beyond and there are no words to describe how grateful we are to have had her throughout this experience. If we could give 1000 stars we would. My husband and I hired Tanya and her team at Classy Affairs as our day of wedding coordinator and I cannot say enough good things about her, her team and the experience we had working with them. Tanya helped take the weight of wedding planning off my shoulders. She is extremely organized, has fantastic communication and is so supportive to her clients throughout the entire process. She is reliable, efficient and dedicated to making your special day the best it can possibly be. As soon as you hire Tanya she begins working to help you and make your vision come to life. We had our wedding this past weekend and Tanya was our full wedding planner that we've worked with for the past 15 months and we couldn't recommend her more! She was fantastic and we want to thank her so much for everything she's done for us. We truly had such an incredible day and we couldn’t have imagined a better wedding from beginning to end. She was amazing to work with and made wedding planning so much less stressful than it could've been. She was so good at answering our questions and always keeping us updated, and giving us peace of mind that everything was taken care of. She worked within our budget and found us the best vendors and got us discounts with some of them. She also made an excellent planning timeline to ensure we got all the tasks done in the months leading up to the wedding. She also made a great wedding day timeline and the day went so smoothly which was a testament to Tanya's planning leading up to the wedding as well as her making sure everything was going according to plan and on schedule on the day of. Thanks so much again for helping to make our wedding day a day we'll never forget!

Tanya is a wizard. If you are looking at reviews and wondering if Tanya and her company Classy Affairs should be your planner, look no further - she is your gal. She executed our rustic elegance vision to perfection.

After getting engaged in 2023, I came into the wedding planning process with a groom but not much else. I was completely clueless and overwhelmed. Over the year that followed, Tanya held my hand and created the most beautiful day imaginable.

Tanya has an exceptional eye for detail. She provides options and suggestions, without being pushy or overbearing on vision or vendors. She took the pressure of planning off of my plate, and broke the process down into bite size pieces that were easy to manage one step at a time. She provided timelines and lived up to them, keeping me focused when I needed to make a critical decision, but never overwhelming me with lists or getting lost in the weeds.

She seamlessly collaborated with our venue, caterer, photographer, hair and makeup, stationary/signage, and rental vendors to turn my cluttered pintrest dreamboards into a fairy tale. In particular, her recommendation of Sarah at Posh Beyond Events for florals brought my fall garden dream to life.

She is responsive, thoughtful, and FUN. She was so relaxed and organized on our day of, I was able to enjoy my day completely. I created a hiccup (and potential disaster) when I missed picking up one of our guest favours, but she simply said "I'll handle it" and worked her magic to have the gifts delivered later in the day, on time to be ready to go at each place setting.

Tanya is also incredibly kind. My special needs uncle was one of our guests of honour, and she personally made sure he made it to his seat.

As much as I personally loved working with Tanya, the best feedback on a successful wedding is guest feedback. I have lost count of the number of guests that have told us our wedding was the best they've ever attended (and there were some real veterans among us) - we received so many comments on place settings, design, and flow, and appreciation of the little details. Tanya was the mastermind who brought each of the vendors' unique and special contributions together to make the day the success that it was.

I wish I could do it over and over and over again - all because of Tanya and Classy Affairs. Thank you Tanya!!
