Very disappointed with the service tonight. One server for 20 people. The service was very slow and the food was cold. Furthermore, the restaurant ran out of steak and fish - terrible. Josh, our waiter, tried his best to accommodate us (thanks Josh) but management should of had at least 2 waiters serving my guests. Appetizers should of been served to all my guests at the same time, same with main and dessert. Unfortunately, it was all scattered. Some people had food and others were waiting around for their food - very disorganized . Very surprised because my past experiences here were amazing.Unhappy customer...
Nice course but horrible service at the restaurant. Took 1 hour and never got my food. Had to leave without lunch on empty stomach. Never going back for food there. I left a message for the manager let's see if they respond.
I only went for a patio. In terms of social distancing, it is by appointment only, very safe, staff is very considerate and tables are far apart. In terms of experience, it is awesome to sit on a quiet patio with a friend near the pond, sipping beer and enjoying a summer evening after all the stress.
We always love working at Eagle's Nest, it is one of our favourite venues. The staff is very accommodating, the banquet room is beautiful and it's the perfect place to host a wedding and reception.
A beautiful golf course and so much more, just north of Toronto, great track with excellent practice facilities . A super friendly and helpful staff.A must play .
