From an elegantly appointed ceremony to exquisite dining and lively dancing, the club's on-site planner and staff will ensure that your wedding day is a fairytale dream. Our country club estate offers intimate indoor and outdoor settings, for ten to 200 hundred guests, with sweeping vistas overlooking floral and wooded backdrops.

I hosted my bridal shower at the Richmond Hill Country Club two years ago and loved it so much that I came back for my baby shower, and they exceeded my expectations again. Tracy and her staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making the whole planning process stress-free. The room is beautiful, the atmosphere is warm, and the food is absolutely delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this venue for any special event.

As part of the YMCA of Greater Toronto, we hosted our annual Employer Recognition Event on November 3, 2025 with close to 80 attendees. Not surprisingly, everything was amazing!! The venue itself, the meal, the service from the staff - nothing but positive comments from everyone in attendance. The initial planning was made as simple as possible with the assistance from Tracy, and we'll be back again next year for sure!!

My husband and I recently hosted our daughter's baptism dinner at the Richmond Hill Country Club in November 2025. From the moment we reached out, we received excellent and responsive customer service. The venue itself is beautiful and offers perks that other banquet facilities don't provide (i.e. elegant chiavari chairs and stunning windows with gorgeous outdoor backdrops). Danielle, our Event Co-ordinator, was extremely detail oriented, accommodating, and helpful. Any time we reached out with a question she was there to assist. It made us feel very calm and confident leading up to the event. The baptism dinner itself was wonderful - we had a delicious dinner buffet and all of our guests complimented us on the food and service. If you are looking for a venue that is pretty, has exceptional customer service, and great food, then look no further - Richmond Hill Country Club is the perfect choice! Thank you again Danielle and Staff - we are beyond grateful.

We celebrated our Mom’s 80th Birthday at the Richmond Hill Country Club in October 2025. We booked the Regency room which had a gorgeous view that faced the tennis courts. The leaves were changing colours and complimented our Mom’s Fall Birthday.
Everything was so easy and simple from the time we booked and started planning. We worked with Tracy who was so organized and helped us with everything we needed.
Food was delicious and everything ran so smoothly and on schedule.
It was a great venue and the birthday bash was a success.

We had our daughter's wedding reception at the Richmondhill Country Club October 2025. From the time we first saw the venue and met with Lisa, we knew this was the place for us. We appreciated the flexibility of being able to drop off decor items, etc. the day before. The food was excellent and served hot which was very nice. The room looked great and was set up such that there weren't any large gaps since we had only 11 tables.
The grounds and inside spaces were great for photos which was convenient.
Lisa was very quick to respond to inquiries and was discreetly present on the evening of our reception and checked in just enough to make sure we were happy with how things were going.
I would highly recommend having your event at the RCC.

Our son and daughter in law recently had their wedding at Richmond Hill Country Club. From the moment we toured the venue, we fell in love with the bright, airy spaces—floor-to-ceiling windows, and soft natural light. The exclusive use of the entire space allowed us to get ready on-site as well as have pictures taken during the day.

Tracy and the staff were helpful and organized. Our vendors commented on how that level of coordination made the day run so smoothly. Tracy was there every step of the way and was invaluable.

They chose the buffet dinner option. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious—there were plenty of options for all dietary needs, and a carving station.

I would definitely recommend them for your special events.
