Our country club estate offers intimate indoor and outdoor settings, for ten to 200 hundred guests, with sweeping vistas overlooking floral and wooded backdrops.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Richmond Hill Country Club, and we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience.

Danielle West was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and attentive throughout the planning process, making everything so much easier and helping ensure our evening was truly special for us and our guests. The room and tables looked beautiful, and every detail came together perfectly.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Jose and the entire team. Jose was wonderful, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the food, especially the steak and chicken, which were exceptionally tender and flavourful. In fact, they were among the best we—and our guests—have ever enjoyed at a restaurant or golf club event.

Our sincere compliments to the chef and a huge thank-you to Jose and the entire staff for their outstanding service and attention to detail. Everyone did an amazing job and helped make our celebration a memorable one. We are truly grateful and would highly recommend Richmond Hill Country Club to anyone planning a special event!

We could not be more grateful to Tracy and the entire Richmond Hill country club team. We had our wedding at the club this past weekend, and were so impressed with the level of service and organization at the club. This was also commented on by all of our guests, who thoroughly enjoyed the food, venue and service. We had a wonderful time hosting Jordan’s party at RHCC. The venue was perfect, offering a great indoor space and a beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the pool and tennis courts. Tracy was amazing to work with—attentive, kind, organized and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Josee, Emma, and Steve and the entire team also provided top-notch service. The d'oeuvres and food stations were a huge hit with everyone.

Working with Danielle was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She was attentive, responsive, and made the entire planning process feel seamless. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and created the perfect setting for our wedding day.

The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was simply amazing. It made our celebration feel so special.

A special thank you to Jose, the staff manager, who was fantastic throughout the evening, ensuring everything ran smoothly. We also really appreciated Thomas and other staff members that did a fantastic job making sure our guests were happy.

We hosted our engagement celebration at Richmond Hill Country Club, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how stunning the space was!

Working with Danielle was such a pleasure, she was always incredibly responsive, kind, and thoughtful, and went above and beyond to help us plan an event that fit within our budget without ever making us feel limited. The entire team genuinely went the extra mile for us, from allowing us to come in the day before to set up decorations, to being flexible and accommodating during the event itself as guest numbers shifted with last-minute arrivals and cancellations.

A special thank you as well to Jose, who helped with the setup on the day of. He was so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly.

The food was phenomenal and widely loved by our guests, and the service throughout the event was seamless. We felt so supported and taken care of, which allowed us to truly enjoy and be present for such a special moment.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our engagement and would wholeheartedly recommend Richmond Hill Country Club to anyone planning a meaningful celebration!!
