We hosted our engagement celebration at Richmond Hill Country Club, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how stunning the space was!

Working with Danielle was such a pleasure, she was always incredibly responsive, kind, and thoughtful, and went above and beyond to help us plan an event that fit within our budget without ever making us feel limited. The entire team genuinely went the extra mile for us, from allowing us to come in the day before to set up decorations, to being flexible and accommodating during the event itself as guest numbers shifted with last-minute arrivals and cancellations.

A special thank you as well to Jose, who helped with the setup on the day of. He was so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly.

The food was phenomenal and widely loved by our guests, and the service throughout the event was seamless. We felt so supported and taken care of, which allowed us to truly enjoy and be present for such a special moment.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our engagement and would wholeheartedly recommend Richmond Hill Country Club to anyone planning a meaningful celebration!!

What a wonderful venue we choose for our wedding with my husband and my parents Inlaw.

September 6th 2025 we had a wedding reception at Richmond Hill everything was more that our expectations.The Support from Tracy and her team ,the atmosphere from arrival of our guests start with cocktail party ,the meal provided as was buffet was very delicious ,free bar for our guests ,cleanness is top notch.As a couple we were extremely satisfied and our guests still talk about how the venue we choose and everything we did was amazing.Highly recommended for anyone who is looking forward to have an event related to.

They were very accommodating; the dinner was great—you have to try that Ginger Soup! The hall was bright and so nicely decorated. I hosted my bridal shower at the Richmond Hill Country Club two years ago and loved it so much that I came back for my baby shower, and they exceeded my expectations again. Tracy and her staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making the whole planning process stress-free. The room is beautiful, the atmosphere is warm, and the food is absolutely delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this venue for any special event.

As part of the YMCA of Greater Toronto, we hosted our annual Employer Recognition Event on November 3, 2025 with close to 80 attendees. Not surprisingly, everything was amazing!! The venue itself, the meal, the service from the staff - nothing but positive comments from everyone in attendance. The initial planning was made as simple as possible with the assistance from Tracy, and we'll be back again next year for sure!!

My husband and I recently hosted our daughter's baptism dinner at the Richmond Hill Country Club in November 2025. From the moment we reached out, we received excellent and responsive customer service. The venue itself is beautiful and offers perks that other banquet facilities don't provide (i.e. elegant chiavari chairs and stunning windows with gorgeous outdoor backdrops). Danielle, our Event Co-ordinator, was extremely detail oriented, accommodating, and helpful. Any time we reached out with a question she was there to assist. It made us feel very calm and confident leading up to the event. The baptism dinner itself was wonderful - we had a delicious dinner buffet and all of our guests complimented us on the food and service. If you are looking for a venue that is pretty, has exceptional customer service, and great food, then look no further - Richmond Hill Country Club is the perfect choice! Thank you again Danielle and Staff - we are beyond grateful.
