Weddings and special events are truly memorable occasions. With so many important details, you will enjoy working with Catering and Events Manager Ujjwol Kumar Joshi and Catering and Events Assistant Manager Liana Mesrobi, who guide you through every step to ensure a seamless experience.

Our catering team creates elegant, customized menus prepared in-house with locally sourced ingredients.

The Hawthorne Dining Room accommodates up to 170 guests with a dance floor, and 225 without. Floor-to-ceiling windows and neutral tones allow the space to be tailored to your vision, with scenic golf course views ideal for photography and outdoor ceremonies for up to 150 guests.

Sonia and Panth have been amazing at planning and setting up our events for our organization, Life With A Baby. All the details I have sent them have been met with the utmost care. On the day of the event, the staff at the club was great in assisting us with all our needs. Their team's interaction with me has always been pleasant and helpful. I truly feel they really care in fulfilling our event needs. I highly recommend booking your events at The Thornhill Club.

We have held many functions at the Thornhill Club for both Corporate and Personal events. Anna Bonis has always gone above and beyond to accommodate and we have always been very pleased with the food, service and room set up. We would not hesitate in recommending the Thornhill Club.

As a member I have hosted several very successful company functions at the Club (territory meetings, employee seasonal celebrations, year end seasonal luncheons) and organized several in-club events for the curling section and bonspiels that included the element of food, beverage and decor. Most recently, I hosted an intimate company sponsored Retirement Dinner for myself and 19 of the my guests. While I have had nothing but successes and great feedback from anyone who has attended one of these events at Thornhill Club, the recent retirement dinner hit an all-time high with the very unexpected elegant affair. It surpassed any expectations I had preconceived from the elegant decor designed by Anna and her staff, the impeccable bar and table service by Guy and his staff that night, to the amazing, mouth-watering 5-course/5-star food prepared and served to us that evening.

Thanks to everyone for making my experiences with event at Thornhill exceptional. The planning of events at the club are easy and stress free and the creativity of Anna and our Chef on food has never disappointed. Service is always friendly and professional and I look forward to planning or hosting other events in the future.

We have used the facilities of the Thornhill Country Club for the last five years in several occasions, mostly for our annual Christmas Lunch. The facilities are beautiful in the summer months and very festive during the Holidays Season. The food is good and the presentation excellent. During the Holidays the club is bursting with events but the staff in the restaurant and in the administration office have always been very accommodating and friendly. It is stress free to deal with Anna and her team.

Our Retiree Association holds 2 Luncheons a year at Thornhill. We have been very satisfied with the service that we receive from Thornhill. The room where the Luncheon is served is nicely decorated, and the menu that we choose has always been excellent in taste and presentation. We also enjoy the use of the bar and when weather permits the use of the outdoor patio. The servers do a good job and keep everything on time. Anna Bonis is very helpful and obliging to any of our requests or concerns. We also held a evening Gala at Thornhill which was most successful and all our Retirees were very happy with the outcome of the party. I do recommend Thornhill as a great place to hold a function.

We had our company Children's Holiday party at the Thornhill Golf and Country Club last year and we were so happy with the service that we are holding our party here again this year. The food was amazing, the service excellent and the Hall was so beautifully decorated for the Holidays it added just the right Christmas feel. Anna Bonis made sure our every need was looked after and we would highly recommend the TGCC for your event. Thank you Anna for making our experience wonderful !!
