Hiring Events by Alicia was by far the best decision and best investment of our wedding. She is absolutely amazing to work with, very professional and provides so much knowledge. Weddings can be overwhelming and Alicia takes all of the stress out of it, assisting with every detail and making sure that everything runs smoothly - if something was to happen, such as your mother's dress ripping on a chair, you wouldn't know as Alicia handles it right away and sews it back together. Alicia and her assistant Bianca made our day better than we could ever imagine. They instilled confidence right from our first meeting and on the day of, we couldn't have asked for better people by our side. Alicia's attention to detail is incredible and things you wouldn't even think of are taken care of for you. To feel as though your wedding planner had been your friend for years, feeling so comfortable with them and knowing that every decision made the day of on your behalf is an extension of your own thoughts, is something I never expected. I cannot stress enough how thankful I am for Alicia and Bianca and all of their hard work to make our day perfect. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our dreams come true.

Alicia has handled two events for me in the past year. She has proven to be very professional in all aspects of her business: she is always on time, has access to many high level service providers that you can choose from, she is very prompt in replying to calls and emails, and she is simply wonderful to work with. My first event with her was a last-minute New Year's Eve house party (planned only one month out) that subsequently had a last minute location change which she handled beautifully with perfect grace and calmness! My recent event was a milestone birthday party which I started planning one year ago...the evening at the Drake Underground went off without a hitch, and I'm still getting texts & messages from my guests saying what a fabulous night it was! One guest in particular had not hit a dance floor in 20 years, and danced his feet off to the fabulous music of the St. Royals! Alicia and Bianca are true gems in the event planning industry. My biggest (and very selfish) fear is that they get too busy to do my future events!!! I can't wait for the next one!

We want to share our fabulous experience with Alicia! We thought everything would be covered off because we were getting married at a great hotel with a very capable staff.....but the week before the wedding we suddenly realized.....we still had a lot of 'timing' questions, and small details we hadn't thought of. We called Alicia and had only one meeting with her the week of the wedding. We downloaded our stress about timing and organization to her and she took it from there as our 'day of coordinator'.
She was worth her weight in GOLD.....she literally ran the whole afternoon/ evening and took care of so many details that we would have missed and/ or forgotten. We are very happy Alicia joined our day and having her there running the show allowed us to enjoy our time knowing we were in the hands of a true professional.

Working with Alicia and Bianca was an amazing experience. I hired them a month before my wedding day , I was stressed out and could not handle all the pressures of the last minute details. They made all my worries go away and handled everything to absolute perfection ! I recieved compliments about them even from the other vendors. Alicia is orginized , in charge , calm , caring and a beautiful person inside and out. I can't wait to plan my next big event with them !!
