My husband and I recently had our wedding at the Park Hyatt. Working with Roberta was wonderful; she truly helped make our wedding day so special. After visiting a number of venues, it was apparent that her high level of knowledge was as strong as her ability to work with her clients; this is one of the reasons we decided to book with the Hyatt. It was always a pleasure speaking and meeting with Roberta. The venue and its staff provided the most professional, courteous and considerate level of service I have ever experienced at a wedding. From the delicious food to the intimate atmosphere, our guests had an amazing time celebrating with us. Thank you to the entire Park Hyatt team for your outstanding service!

We just had our wedding (both ceremony and reception) at the Park Hyatt Rooftop Salon and couldn’t be happier with how our wedding went!

We worked with Hans, Event Sales manager, who made our vision come to life. During our first venue tour with him, we were sold right away. Unlike any other venues, Hans had prepared the initial quote based on our guest counts to give us a basic idea of the total price, so we knew that it was right on our budget. And after receiving the final invoice, there was absolutely no surprise.

We have planned our wedding for a year, and entire planning process with Hans was so easy and smooth. He is professional, friendly, reliable, responsive, and also goes way beyond our expectation. For example, if we just ask for “A” then he’s not only solving “A”, he gives us “A+B”.

The food, which we got so many compliments from our guests, was amazing too with their outstanding service! And I can’t miss mentioning the spectacle VIEW FROM THE 18TH FLOOR! It is a must see!

We ordered our beautiful, delicious and fresh wedding cake from the Park Hyatt too. It was so convenient that everything was one-stop service. Absolutely hassle-free!!

I cannot thank enough to all Park Hyatt team for their countless effort to make our wedding so perfect. I highly, highly recommend Party Hyatt to anyone who wants to have elegant and classic wedding. Thank you!

We recently had our wedding at the Park Hyatt Roof Salon. Our wedding planner, Roberta, did an astounding job coordinating with our various vendors. She worked effortlessly to ensure a joyous and relaxed time for us and our guests. It was easy to reach her via phone, text, and email. She was professional at all times. Needless to say, the venue itself is gorgeous. The team at the Park Hyatt works with you to ensure the invoice is affordable for your wedding. They worked with us to make sure we stayed on budget while providing exemplary service to our guests. William, the manager the day of our wedding, was also phenomenal. He was available, approachable and easy to work with the day of the wedding. Our guests arrived much later than we had anticipated, and we had to push back our timeline and at the same time speed up the dinner to make up for time lost. William and the team of servers and chefs made this possible with ease. Finally, and this is very important, every staff member was professional and courteous - everyone had a smile. Absolutely thrilled to have worked with an amazing and reliable team for our wedding.
