We had a wonderful experience with Gaitree at Plan My Day for our month-of wedding planning package. Let me start off by saying that I'm the most organized person I know and also a control freak. Additionally we ended up diy-ing a lot of our wedding so there was a lot of set up involved. Well Gaitree did a wonderful job. She's basically a wedding ninja. Here are some points: - our ceremony was all timed to music and had a lot of different elements and it was perfect - our setup for both the ceremony and the dinner was exactly as I imagined it which is no small feat as we did all our own decorations, our own candy station, pool decor, etc. - I literally felt like she was reading my mind sometimes because a lot of things were just anticipated - our venue was kind of hard to deal with and she took a lot of stress away on the day of. - She's just a pleasant person to deal with. You have a lot to deal with on your day and you want someone like Gaitree by your side! Thanks Plan My Day!

Gaitree of Plan My Day assisted with month-of coordination with my wedding and she was fantastic! She answered emails promptly and if she couldn't get back to me ASAP she let me know when she would be able to. She even conducted our rehearsal. The day after my wedding, my mother and maid of honour kept raving on how helpful Gaitree and her assistant were at the end of the wedding (ie getting gifts and items we brought together). She even remembered to pack up the remaining cake and favours that people neglected to take with them. I didn't even know all that was happening because I was on the dance floor Amazing team!

We hired Gaitree of Plan My Day Weddings & Events for our wedding. She was referred to me by my best friend who had been recently married. I attended my friend's wedding and was very impressed with Gaitree's presence and the way she handled the day of coordination for my friend. We had a horrible experience with our first wedding planner who was disorganized and treated us like our wedding was not important because it was a small backyard wedding. Suffice it to say we fired her and hired Gaitree 3 weeks before the wedding. We had not confirmed anything except the food. I talked to Gaitree several times each day leading up to the day of the wedding and she was my rock. She has an abundance of knowledge when it comes to weddings. Not only is Gaitree a certified wedding planner, but she is fantastic to work with! She is understanding, extremely helpful, and amazingly organized. She is very prompt at answering questions, has a slew of vendors she deals with regularly and can even get discounts for you. She made sure to get our vision of the day before making any suggestions or comments and even added meaningful insights into many of my ideas. She never promises what she cannot deliver and makes every attempt to make what you want happen. The other thing my husband and I really appreciated is that she would arrange all the vendors but we would negotiate the price and pay them. This way there are no hidden fees involved. This made the whole experience with Gaitree more comfortable and transparent. She is very upfront with everything and stays to the budget unless you authorize otherwise. She even did all the floral arrangements.and they were beautiful!!! On the day of the wedding she, along with her assistant, did the décor and set up. They were running around throughout the event to ensure the food was put out at the right time, the vendors were paid, the tables were cleared, and everyone had a drink along with all the other small facets of a big day like this one. It was very sweet of her to ensure that if anyone needed anything they would go to her and not ask us so we can enjoy the day without worrying about "oh! Who has the sparklers? Or "where is the coffee for the urn?" Everything was calm and positive throughout the day. They even went so far as to oversee the entire wrap up and clean up. I swear I saw them in the kitchen washes dishes! Now that's personal responsibility! I would recommend Gaitree in a heartbeat. Thank you, Gaitree, for making our day so beautiful, easy, and fun!

Gaitree was amazing! What I appreciated most about her was how accommodating she was for someone like me. I am in the military and was in and out of Toronto to different places around Canada for months. I did not always have internet so she would sit on the phone with me for hours taking a lot of time out of her day. The day of my wedding and some other days I was not the most pleasant person to be around, yet her professionalism was immaculate. If I have another big event I won't hesitate to hire her again and I definitely will recommend her to friends, family, etc.

Gaitree and her team at Plan My Day Wedding + Events did a fantastic job at our wedding. I can't imagine what our special day would have been without her. From our first meeting months before the wedding and well past midnight on our wedding day Gaitree and her team did a fantastic job! Gaitree developed a wedding itinerary and organized every little detail. She listened to the vision that we had for our wedding had a lot of great ideas that we incorporated as well. On the day of our wedding, everything went so smoothly and exceeded my expectations. As someone that likes to plan everything down to the last detail I had absolutely nothing to worry about, it seemed like the entire day was running itself. She coordinated over a dozen vendors, catered to 200 guests and helped our bridal party on our day. Having Gaitree there as our coordinator allowed me to enjoy my special day without worrying about the details. Weeks after our wedding guests are still telling us that ours was the best wedding they have ever attended, and we have Gaitree to thank for making our day so special.
