I am usually called on to officiate at formal Jewish and interfaith wedding ceremonies and am always pleased to be able to celebrate and share this major life event and unite two souls in holy matrimony. I offer a full spectrum of wedding services and am pleased to conduct outdoor or smaller ceremonies. I am happy to be able to assist with exploring what will meet your needs as the wedding couple and your families. I'm happy to perform ceremonies outdoors on location. Whatever the life event may be, I will guide you through it. I create a service for you both designed to give you the wedding you've always dreamed of. It will honour your roots and marry ancient traditions with modern-day practices that demonstrate your outlook and beliefs.
Together, we tailor a ceremony that reflects your values, your heritage, and your unique spiritual outlook, and truly expresses the loving personal bond you share with your partner. You may wish to draw from ancient cultures and philosophers, or the rich tradition of verses on love by poets such as Kahil Gibran and Shel Silverstein. You may wish to write your own vows—or all of the above. My customized and thorough approach is designed to assure you and your guests a memorable, meaningful wedding that lives up to your dreams.
Weddings can be performed in any location and venue in Ontario—my home base is in the GTA. I also conduct destination weddings and ceremonies in some areas of the US. Please enquire.
As a special gift to you, and if you’re interested when you book your ceremony, we are very pleased to include up to a 90-minute counselling consultation for wedding couples. This will focus on how to improve lines of communication to enhance your relationship (now and in the future/after you’re married!)—and help to smooth the way for happy interactions with your families. This is a little gift we like to offer—should you be interested!
And as a memento of your wedding, I provide a beautifully bound and decorated copy of the text of your ceremony to cherish. "Love one another, but make not a bond of love: let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your souls." -Kahil Gibran (I also provide other important services for you and your family including baby namings and Memorial and Funeral Services.)
