We hired Swoon Events for the month of coordination for our wedding which finally happened in October 2021 after postponing from October 2020. I can honestly say that Alana was one of the best decisions and investments we made to ensure our wedding goes smoothly, runs on time, and alleviates the stress that comes with wedding planning! I had been on the search for a coordinator whose personality would click with mine and after speaking with several planners, Alana was the clear winner, first and foremost she was kind and genuine and made me feel so calm and comfortable! As an anxious person, it was important to me to ensure that my planner cared about the details of the weddings as much as I did and Alana helped guide me through the process and her exupert knowledge was extremely helpful in understanding timelines and events. Alana created a timeline for the day of the wedding and coordinated with all of the vendors leading up to the event which took off a lot of stress from me. She put me at ease and I’m so grateful for everything she has done leading up to and on our wedding day! Postponing the wedding was difficult but with Alana’s guidance and support we were able to see the bigger picture and in the end we had the wedding of our dreams. There are so many examples of times that Alana was right there when I had questions, or helping me get into my dress, or calmly and effectively putting out fires that can happen on the wedding day. Sarah also fantastic and ensured that the decor details from other vendors at the hall were executed as expected and carried out my vision for the room. Swoon events is an extremely professional, capable, sophisticated and passionate industry leader. If you are planning a wedding and thinking about hiring a planner, I encourage you to because you deserve a day nothing short of perfect. And if you do hire a planner, I encourage you to hire Swoon Events because I am so glad that I did, my wedding day was perfectly coordinated and executed and Alana was right there when I needed anything, from styling my invitation suite details, to helping the bridesmaids film a TikTok, to helping with calling out the shot lists, to ensuring the venue looked exquisite! 1,000,000/10 highly recommend!

Alana, at Swoon Events, is an outstanding professional at her craft and a savant in her industry. We had decided to go forward with our wedding, even though our plans changed three times due to the pandemic. We made our decision with only 20 days until our wedding day. Alana was extremely patient with our ideas and requests. Within that time frame, she moved mountains to get all the vendors, décor, and venues to coordinate in time for our big event. We ran a marathon to get to our wedding day, but with the help of Swoon events, it felt more like a walk in the park. Thank you again to Alana and her team, for turning our vision into a reality.

When I first met with Alana, I was surprised at how quickly my mom and I felt comfortable with her, and we both knew right away she was the help we were looking for. We thought we could do the planning ourselves, but everything became very overwhelming and once Alana came in she made it so stress free and amazing. I would never recommend for anyone to plan a wedding without a wedding planner! We were planning on a short timeline. We brought Alana in only 2 months before the wedding day and she honestly took care of everything and made it seem like a breeze! Alana immediately understood what I wanted and needed. I remember the first time I met Alana, she hit the nail on the head in terms of what we wanted for decor. She suggested vendors that were perfectly suited to me, and she took care of so many little things so I didn't have to worry. I felt she always had my back, and really ensured the wedding was a true representation of what I wanted and dreamed of. She always kept me on track, organizing everything and everyone. She's so intuitive - I think she knew what I wanted before I even knew! She never made me feel crazy even though I felt like I was! At the end of the day, I had the most perfect wedding, and it's all thanks to Alana. The decor and colour scheme came together so well, just as Alana had promised it would. She is an amazing planner and person - always smiley, and just wonderful to be around. She handled everything so well on the day of the wedding, always with a smile on her face. I had so many guests attend who are normally very picky, and all the feedback I've been told is it was the best wedding they've ever been to. I truly enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Alana and the Swoon team!!

Alana was absolutely amazing and made my destination wedding experience stress free! Alana helped plan my dream wedding in Delray Beach, Florida from start to finish.
