Hi, I’m Rita, and I am so excited that you are considering me as your wedding photographer!
I'm a Toronto-based wedding, event and family photographer. I started in professional photography in 2011 after a hobby grew into love. Since then I couldn’t stop.
My style combines the photojournalistic approach to capture the laughter, tears, kisses, and hugs along with a fine art approach to give you beautiful, well-composed portraits captured digitally and on film. I adore the beauty of every wedding, finding my creativity in each couple's love for one another. My passion lies in capturing your candid moments filled with joy, passion, and laughter, and helping you preserve those emotions for you to wander over with your grandchildren.
I think the best moments are the ones that can’t be replicated like real, meaningful laughter shared between a couple in love. I think your wedding day deserves to be documented this way, and I hope you feel the same! My pictures are light and airy; I crave the dreamy, soft images that are created with the sun as my preferred light source. Rita is a fanstastic photographer. As someone who dabbles in photography as a hobby, I have a discerning eye, and I can confidently say that Rita's skills are top-notch. Her shots captured the essence of our wedding beautifully, and her editing style struck the perfect balance between vivid and natural.

Rita was also incredibly accomodating. She made sure we got in all the group shots we wanted, even though we ended up doing far more of these than we had planned as our guests got excited. She also accomodated my request to get original raw copies of the photos, something that a lot of other photography companies stubbornly refuse to provide.

What truly sets Rita apart, however, is her genuine care and dedication to ensuring our wedding day ran smoothly. Even though this was not a part of her job, she went above and beyond to help out wherever needed, filling in gaps that our wedding planner missed and ensuring that every aspect of our day was perfect. Her presence was a source of comfort and reassurance, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing.

My husband and I decided to elope, but we always wanted a photoshoot in downtown Toronto.
Rita was the best. She is very responsive to emails and, she made me feel very calm and taken care of even before the session. We had a great experience, but when we got the photos, OH MY GOD they were so good. We are so obsessed. They exceeded our expectations. She is very talented and will make the experience amazing, and the photos are to die for.
We will be hiring her again for every important occasion we might have in the future.
