I would NEVER recommend this banquet hall for any occasion!
The turn over of staff and management is ridiculous that we did not know who was overseeing our event. We had so many problems with every aspect of not only the bridal shower but the wedding as well. For example, we provided them with a detailed seating plan yet 2 of our guest did not have seats at the dinner table; so embarrassing. The food was not what we agreed to, we could not get a definite response for those guests requiring food accommodations, and the meat was over cooked. The waiters did not come around to stock the tables with water or offer coffee to our guest and the bartenders do not speak english. Lastly, the in house DJ was terrible. There were many times throughout the night when the DJ and MC couldn't be found. As requested we provided a play of songs of which only 10% was actually played. So many broken promises. Very disappointed.

My wife Anna and I recently celebrated our 50th Birthday party at the Riviera Event Space (The Porta Bella Room) and it was amazing. Our guests had a splendid time, praising the food menu and complementing how beautiful the venue was. The upper management team, right down to the overall service of all the employees, was first rate from top to bottom, and we could not have been any more happier with the evening. A sincere thank you from the bottom of our hearts. See you all again in the near future for certain!

My family has hosted many functions at Riviera and I’m excited to say our next one will be my wedding! Marylou has made the planning process easy and exciting. We thought we would be stressed making so many important decisions but she made us feel at ease and it all just flowed - I am incredibly excited to see it all come together. You are in good hands with Marylou and all of the Riviera staff. Highly recommend!!

I inquired about Riviera Event Space a little unsure thinking it’s just too good to be true ! The wedding package had everything I was looking for and some ! I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Marylou and arranged to meet a few hours later . Within 24hrs we had our wedding booked ! She made the first step of our wedding experience easy , enjoyable and FUN ! Marylou made us feel confident and satisfied with all our decisions (venue, food, drinks , decor etc) thus far . She’s super friendly and easy to get in contact with ! Thanks Marylou for everything , looking forward to the big day :) Cheers

I attended a corporate event at this venue awhile back and it was pretty great! So I decided to book my upcoming bridal shower. Marylou was the representative who I met with. She was knowledgeable and accommodating as this is obviously my first function being booked and I didn’t know what to expect. All my questions were answered and she helped me pick out a menu so easily! I’m looking forward to my special day!

Friendly and supportive team .Great venue. We had nothing , but great experience in the last 3 years. Management and stuff always helpful and professional. We wish them all the Best. We shall continue our galas and VIP events with Riviera Events. Nothing is better, then relationship with those who care for you and for your event to be successful. Brilliant Minded Women Organization and Foundation is grateful and thankful to Riviera Events stuff and Management for that.
