Grand Cinnamon is a 5 Star 45,000 sq ft. facility featuring 3 Grand Ballrooms – one of the largest in the industry. Our interior boasts custom-made architecture, crystal chandeliers, and gorgeous mouldings throughout. Our flexible Banquet Ballrooms are designed for functions between 150 and 1400 Guests. The venue features soaring 20 ft. decorated ceilings, a marble water fountain, and private password-protected Bridal Suites. All Ballrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual systems to ensure an unforgettable experience. Worst experience we had with them . Manager shocked us on day of wedding . Would never recommend it to someone.

Last Sunday I had a party for about 1000 people with this location, most of my guests were not happy with the foods which banquet hall offered. Food was terrible, chicken tikka was not cooked properly, chaat papdi was not even nearby to taste, 60% of entire cuisine was quite an absurd based on number of friends call to me, definitely I, my family and friends would not recommended for this hall if you are food lover. Decoration and hall appearance with lights was quite adorable. Personally, I don't usually leave reviews unless I've had a really bad experience or encountered exceptionally poor service.

We had a family night program in room A. Mayor of Toronto city Ms Olivia Chow was the chief guest.
We have enjoyed a lot. Facilities there is awesome. Support from the management of the hall, specially Mr. Waseem was excellent and instrumental for our program. He had been supporting us from the day we had booked the hall until the finishing of the program. Thank you Mr. Waseem.
