My fiance and I got engaged just before the covid-19 pandemic lockdown so, for better or for worse, we had extra time to start planning our 2021 wedding. From the moment we connected with Columbus the members of their team were responsive and attentive. They fielded our many questions and concerns as we live across the country and felt overwhelmed about planning our wedding in Toronto (where we're from) from thousands of kilometres away. Sabrina was our main point of contact and she was incredibly supportive and helpful. When I flew to Toronto in August 2020, she facilitated a venue sight tour for me, my parents and my mother in law. She was so easy to talk to, willing to work with our religious and cultural preferences and needs and was very knowledgeable about how our wedding at Columbus would unfold. Also important to mention is that they were the most reasonably priced venue we saw in the city and were even willing to honour the original package pricing they offered us, even though the packages had been updated. Although we ultimately have chosen to get married in a small town outside of the city, we cannot say enough about the amazing professionalism & service we received from the entire Columbus Event Centre team. A huge thank you Sabrina, Agostino and Paolo! If you're considering this venue, you are in good hands.

We were originally having our wedding at the Art Gallery in Columbus but had to postpone and then cancel due to COVID-19. Both the outdoors ceremony area and the art gallery look so beautiful, and it is so sad we were not able to have it here because of the pandemic. During the entire process, the entire team has been beyond amazing and exceeded our expectations! From the energetic introductions with Diego, to the taste-testing with Agostino, all the way to the end with Paola and her assistant Sabrina, and even the casual conversations with wait-staff we encountered while exploring the venue - the entire team was helpful, supportive, accommodating and caring. Paola was especially responsive and understanding throughout this difficult time and did her best to answer all our questions (even the silly ones!). She was so kind and truly cared – even though she’s never met us in person! The food was also delicious and we can’t wait to go back to Ristorante Boccaccio! We would highly recommend having your event at Columbus Event Centre.

We had the wedding of our dreams at Columbus Event Centre in June 2019. We had a beautiful ceremony in the garden space and were able to party all night in the Sala Caboto ballroom. We found it very easy to work with Diego leading up to the wedding as he helped us plan the event within our budget. Our guests were raving about how attentive the staff was on the day of the event - even going so far as to warm up some milk for a sleepy toddler. The food was also excellent and the banquet managers were very flexible in helping us accommodate special requests for the menu. Overall, it was a wonderful day thanks to the staff of Columbus Event Centre.

My husband and I could not be happier with our wedding at Sala Caboto on July 19, 2019. Our ceremony took place outdoors in the beautiful garden and it really is a hidden gem in the bustling city! Our guests are still raving about the delicious food, lovely venue and friendly service 3 weeks after our wedding. It was wonderful working with banquet manager Stephen Laing and sales manager Diego Rupolo leading up to our big day. They answered all our inquiries and concerns promptly. Stephen was very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly on the big day. There were high chances of rain, and Stephen monitored the weather by the hour and accordingly prepared the chairs indoors in case of rain. He also checked up on us many times throughout the night to make sure we were okay. The feedback from all our guests on the food was phenomenal and we had to be quite picky since my husband is a chef! We could not have asked for a better venue! Thank you Colombus Event Centre, Stephen, Diego and staff :)

The best decision we made for our wedding was choosing the Joseph Carrier art gallery at the Columbus Event Center. My then fiance and I both lived in the States and did a lot of our planning from there and I cannot emphasize how amazing and effortless my experience was planning my wedding at this venue. From the beginning, my communication with Diego, the sales manager, was smooth and prompt. He helped coordinate meetings with my mother and sister who did site visits for me. Diego ensured everything I might need to host my reception could be arranged given my south-asian background. A few weeks prior to the event, Stephen Liang, took over as the event manager and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. From seating arrangements, menus, itineraries and coordinating with the decorator, band, cake delivery and everything in between - Stephen helped with everything! He made sure our wedding ran smoothly and all the food was served on time. He was absolute gem! The staff was impeccable and very very professional! I cannot express the joy I felt on the day of my wedding and afterwards. I highly recommend this venue, not only because it is stunning but also because you will not get a more personable experience anywhere else!

For our wedding, we used the Joseph Carrier art gallery and we are extremely happy we did so. I never write reviews, but I appreciate so much the team and the venue we used, that I will gladly encourage everyone to book their event here! From the start, Diego was the most responsive person we dealt with, they were the most reasonable and the most flexible out of the venues we had visited. Compared to other venues, we felt that it was the best value, and decided to move ahead with them. The day of the wedding was very smooth. There were no problems, no hiccups. All the food arrived exactly on schedule, our guests raved about the food (we knew already they would), and even had great comments about the service. Many of our guests made the comment that the staff was very attentive and concerned about their experience. Many of the reviewers below mentioned how the staff were reasonable and patient, and I would absolutely agree with those sentiments. Diego and Jorge were so easy to deal with from start to finish. Thank you again, I hope that all vendors could be this great!
