TPD has a small collection of structures & candles but their service allows for clients to work with a variety of the GTA's TRUSTED & RELIABLE suppliers so that the design of their event is not limited to what one company offers.
In the last 15 years TPD has created a list of suppliers that execute and deliver quality products, florals and service. Taking the guess work out of supplier selection
How is your service different then a planner?
TPD client base consists of planners, agencies and the general public.
The challenge for most, is the decor piece to planning the event. Putting the design together, sourcing the pieces and managing them the day of install are what most clients need support with. Offering the design only service allows for more of the budget to be spent on decor and not on fee's for over all planning
Do you provide a single invoice for all decor payments?
TPD offers 2 payment options.
1. Flow through invoicing - this service provides full transparency on supplier pricing with no additional fees to manage the payments.
2. Single invoice - TPD provides a single invoice. 50% deposit to secure your date and decor pieces. Final full payment 72 Hours prior to your event date. This option does incorporate an incremental management fee
What does your fee start at and what is included?
TPD base fee starts at $4,000 (for decor budgets of $5,000 to $20,000)
- Initial call to go over your event details and vision
- Overall creative direction & themes
- PDF document that includes a full breakdown of each decor piece
- Sourcing, management and communication with all suppliers selected
- Overall coordination including set up the day of the event
