Westmount provided good value for their facilities. During the planning stage, they were very eager to accommodate us with everything we needed. We gave them the headcount as requested and hoped that everything will go well on the day. However, during dinner they told us that 10 extra guests showed up so they don't have enough food and needed to take extra time to make additional meals. One table received their meal 30 minutes after the rest. That was NOT the case, in fact LESS people attended than expected. Later in the evening we were told we didn't include the head table so that's why they prepared less. All this confusion was causing us unnecessary stress on our wedding day. Finally, at the end of the night after we reviewed all the seating, they admitted they MISCOUNTED and under prepared the number of meals. Also, they forgot to give the guests champagne during the first speech like promised, and did not provide a bottle of whiskey with a server during table toastings like we planned. The venue was nice but too many promises were not delivered causing us stress on our wedding day.

TERRIBLE VENUE. DO NOT BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE. They agreed to a contract with us then switched ownership the WEEK OF our wedding which would have been fine had they communicated that to us but they didn't and tried to tell us that it was our fault for not confirming like we were supposed to check everyday to see if management changed. Then they said they only had House Bar on the contract which we had clearly agreed upon Premium bar and asked us to provide our contract to them IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR WEDDING. After all that the new owner was extremely rude and all in all, I recommend staying FAR away form this place. SCUM.

I would like to take this opportunity to let everyone know how pleasant our corporate function was at the Westmount. We had an annual corporate meeting and everything freshly baked, plenty of variety as well. The coffee was always available and replenished frequently. We were referred to Westmount Event Centre and they came highly recommended and were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thank you to Tony and Francis and everyone who made our event a success! We will definitely be back again.

Recently, we attended a family function at the Westmount banquet facility in Concord, Ontario. My son and daughter went with this venue based on their meeting with the owner (Tony Panacci). Not knowing anyone that attended this banquet hall, they were a little hesitant! Well....That all changed when we got to the venue! The staff were fantastic...Very attentive to our needs! The food.... Outstanding is all I can think of! I consider myself to be a food critic! Not too many banquet halls have caught my fancy like this one did!! The owners were first class all the way! This family will be holding future events at this establishment for sure!! Thank you to the Westmount team!!

Dear Tony, Paul joins me in thanking you for a spectacular evening for our party on November 18th. From the very beginning when I spoke to you and gave you the booking, you were extremely gracious in every way. Nothing was a problem, you just went that bit further and really made it all happen to perfection. It was always easy to reach you by phone and you always called me back if I left a message which is quite rare these days. Your terrific staff were amazing and gracious when they took the hors derves around to our guests and there was plenty and everyone commented on how delicious they were. Your assistant on Friday night as well as Martina and all the staff that were there for our function were incredible. We cannot say enough about them. They were wonderful and always checked with me when to bring on the different courses for the buffet. They also made the evening a memorable event for us and our guests. The food was absolutely outstanding, every dish was amazing and delicious and there was plenty of everything. I had so many calls from our guests who were in awe of the outstanding food and how wonderful the staff were that night. I look forward to working with you again should I have another special function. You are the best and I will carry these memories of a wonderful evening on November 18th, 2016.
