It was a quiet evening so we expected pretty good service. The atmosphere was nice with beautiful chandeliers, dim lighting and some great live music played in the background to complete the romantic feel. The food was amazing, the complimentary (3 kinds) of breads were served hot and tasty, really enjoyed the mushroom risotto and both the grilled bass and US prime ribeye were both cooked perfectly with lots of great flavour. The sides are an additional charge to the entree which makes the bill more expensive, but I personally feel that you're getting your money's worth. The waiter was friendly, checked up on us and was very attentive with our water refills. The only downfall was the wait at front desk: we had reservations but there was no one there for a good ten minutes.
What an unexpected and delightful surprise this place was! Much of the credit can be given to the company I was in (my lovely family), and the rest to our waiter Stuart, and the absolutely delicious meal we had! LOVED that Caesar salad! We also really enjoyed Peters music. It was a party!
A hidden gem really. The ambience is one of the best I have seen. Please try their oven roasted chicken. It takes some time for preparation but trust me you won't regret. It simply put is the best roasted chicken I have eaten.I prefer their lunch menu better but hey! Make no mistake there dinner menu is varied too.Recommended - 200%
This truly a Hidden Gem! Excellent decor and ambience, friendly staff and delicious food. The scallops are to die for and the steak just melts in your mouth. Restrooms are extremely clean and well kept. Has a 400 capacity banquet hall above the restaurant along with private dining areas that seat 20 in thr main dining area. Has a wall that consists of a huge fish tank as part of the decor. Has a Pianist that peforms on the weekends (not sure if its winters only). Give your regular chain Steak houses a miss and try this place instead.
Ahi tuna was delicious. The combination of spice and mango created a nice balance. I expected the US ribeye to be better, for $52. Some parts were undercooked. Definitely had better. The coconut cream pie was amazing. Made fresh in house. Pretty cool. Seating, decor and service was really good, although the age of the restaurant is starting to show. $35.00 cork fee is outrageous.
