We go to the farmers market occasionally. There is a good selection of organic produce and baked good. Lots of selection for people with dietary restrictions. Gluten free, nut free and vegan food vendors. We don't go here often as we'd like as it is hard to get to from the east end. It is a good event add space.

This is a great and cute venue for events. The event staff are great and helpful, the ambiance of the place hip and trendy. There is the big main hall and a small theater for lectures, cooking demonstrations etc. The area is bustling and easily accessible. I would highly recommend having your event here.

This review is based mostly / partially on the "Old Book and Paper Show" held there recently. I'm a map geek and they had plenty of old maps but as it turned out I really dug the old post card vendors. I purchased several regional based post cards. Anyway "the barns" is a nice venue and the street car association is a plus. For example, the old tracks leading into the building and down the street nicely reflect the history.

Have always loved this place ever since I first visited 10 years ago. This used to be an old TTC train yard and has a nice rustic feel to it with the brick walls and ground. Artists can rent studio spaces to do their work and also live (in some cases). There is an open area that's great for bazaars and festivals. A small park outside as well. Lots of parking in the area. During the summer be sure to visit their amazing greenhouse.
