Ballet Event House is Toronto's most exclusive new venue on the charming and eclectic Ossington strip. Ballet builds on Ossington's reputation as a dining destination as it fills a unique niche with its services, ambiance and titillating live performances. Guests at Ballet can enjoy the best catering, service, entertainment and a fully versatile venue perfect for corporate and social events alike.

Ballet is available for private functions any day of the week with allowances required on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday after 10:30pm when the venue opens as a club. Some groups actually seek out the Ballet to have a private function earlier in the evening and then continue on with a smaller group into one of Toronto's best intimate club experiences.

We have no rental fee - we look for a minimum spend at the bar. We can offer either an open bar option charging by the hour per person or charging by itemized consumption. Open bar pricing is $10/hour/person for rail alcohol and $14/hour/person for premium alcohol plus HST with a four hour minimum.

Ballet has a catering partnership with Salt Wine Bar located next door and is open to allowing outside caterers. Our website has a sample menu of passed appetizers, stations and platters - but we will put you in contact with the catering manager to customize a menu based on your preferences and budget.

Our main stage has hookups to support a DJ or live band as well as screen and projector to meet all your audio and visual needs. Ballet can also facilitate booking jazz trios, singers or burlesque performances for more adventuresome outings. The ambience at the Ballet can be a more formal corporate setting to a fun night on the town with club motion lights and dancing.

Located at Ossington and Dundas in the heart of Toronto's dining haven and neighbouring the city's Entertainment District, Ballet is in good company amongst the many other fine restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Whether travelling by car, limo or cab, the convenient location fully accommodates visitors from all areas of the city.

My fiancé and I held our Jack and Jill at the Ballet - it was a great night out. We arranged to bring in our own catering earlier in the evening and covered an open bar by everyone attending chipping in. The burlesque shows were an interesting twist and the dancers brought us a special shooter toast. A unique place that made us feel special with lots of attention from the staff and dancers. Thanks to the Ballet.

For those of you wanting personalized attention for a big birthday -- I highly recommend the Ballet. From my first call, I felt like the staff was really trying to put together a special night for me. We planned nibbles, cupcakes and a midnight toast. I primed my guests with an initial round of bottle service for my core friends and had everyone else fend for themselves. No issues with line ups for my group and we all felt well treated. Muah!

I recently held my 30th birthday party at the Ballet - it was a blast. I loved the fact that it was an intimate setting with my friends and no a big club where we could get lost as a group. We rented the space in the early evening for a private function and then rolled into the club night with my core friends. The staff brought out cupcakes which I highly recommend over trying to deal with cutting cake and passing around plates. All around good time. Thanks to everyone at the Ballet!

Thanks to the Ballet for making my 40th birthday such a memorable night. We booked out the front VIP area that we curtained off for more privacy. The staff were great to bring out the birthday cupcakes and the dancers gave us a private performance in our room. I definitely recommend a night out at the Ballet!

It's hard to find a great place in Toronto to host a party of 75 and feel comfortable that you and your guests will be treated right on an important night out. I arranged for my husband's 40th birthday party at the Ballet and it worked out great. We had dinner at the Saint and then hit the club at 8pm with our private group before it was opened to the public later in the night. The manager Jane was great and was very accommodating in letting us setup decorations earlier and dropping the food off. Thanks for the great night.

My wife and I had our annual geisha themed party here and it was a blast! We had approximately 85 people and it turned out to be an unforgettable night. The Ballet has such a great vibe, super intimate and sexy. Will definitely have another event here or come back as a patron during one of there events. 5 Stars

I'm a booking agent based out of Vancouver and had a wonderful party at the ballet for a local artist out here in Toronto. Fell in love with the mood of the venue and the way it's setup (seating , stage, private VIP area, 2 bars on both ends) and definitely wouldn't have been possible without the amazing staff they have on site. Not sure when I'll be back, but I'm most definitely recommending the ballet to friends out there. Toronto and The Ballet rocks!
