We have dealt with George from Crystal fountain. Our first meeting went smoothly and decided to pursue it further. When we came to our second meeting, and we wanted to know more details and prices if we add more items to our menu, he completely flipped on us. He discriminated against our race. quoting “(our race) are very difficult to deal with” and “I just kicked another customer out”. Apparently we are not allowed to negotiate or even get a chance to talk to him. He ended the meeting immediately and walked away and claimed that he was the one that felt disrespected even after he fully discriminated against us. This was the most disgusting experience I have ever had with any sales person. Zero customer service, disrespectful and not willing to even talk. I would NOT recommend this to anyone!

After visiting so many different venues across the city, it was a refreshing experience walking into Crystal Fountain. Dean, George and the staff are all so personable. They listened to our needs and vision and assured us that they could make everything happen. Crystal Fountain went above our expectations. They always replied to my emails and calls. The rooms available to us were gorgeous and the standard linens and chiavari chairs were quality. The meal is especially important when there are different cultures (Portuguese /Greek) celebrating, traditions and high expectations. The chef at Crystal was even open to changing an ingredient so that our dish would taste exactly right. Our caldo verde soup tasted so delicious that we wished the bowls were a little bigger. All of our guests also greatly enjoyed their meals. Thank you so very much Crystal Fountain. We couldn't imagine having our wedding anywhere else. We highly recommend this venue and look forward to our next event there.

We held our wedding at the Crystal Fountain. Cathy and George took care of all our needs and looked after every detail. The food was incredible. The venue was beautiful. We were able to enjoy an amazing evening with friends and family. From our first call to book our date, to the initial meeting with George. to the catering staff and management our experience has been great. Thank you for making our wedding day a day we'll never forget.

We held our children's baptism at the Crystal and it was absolutely a wonderful venue. This hall has three spaces: two large halls on the main floor and a smaller one on the second. We chose the second floor space because we had approximately 60 guests. The space was open, clean and elegant. The actual location of the Crystal Fountain was a bonus because it was easy to access and not far from downtown Toronto or other places where our guests live. And the free and ample parking was a bonus. The food was amazing. We had the roast beef which was tender and cooked to perfection. The vegetables were crisp, which is not something I can say for other halls that I have been to. And the dessert was fresh and very nicely plated. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They really catered to the guests needs. The owners/managers were so well organized. It was a huge stress relieve for us to have the venue owners so efficient in helping us make decisions. On another note, I have been to the Crystal for several events such as weddings and the food is consistently good, which is a very important sign. You are guaranteed good food and good service. I would highly recommend this banquet hall for any special occasion event.

Crystal Fountain is a great place for all types of events. We've celebrated all our special occasions there. From our engagement party to all of our children's baptisms. The food was amazing, service awesome and the management team top notch!
