I hired Tracy to do my wedding before the pandemic. When COVID19 disrupted things, my wedding got pushed from 2020 to 2021. I never had any issues with her until 2-3 weeks before my wedding date in 2021 when she decided my wedding was not worth the cost since COVID drove up the prices of flowers. While i understand this, she also decided that she would be entitled to keep my deposit because the contract that was signed before the pandemic has a clause where she can choose to cancel services if they cannot be fulfilled. Through more discussions between my wedding planner and Tracy, she advised she could do our flowers for a higher price (which i understood). So this means she CAN get flowers, she just felt my wedding was not worth it. However, she wanted to charge me for the full invoice of flowers EXCLUDING my deposit. Meaning if my flowers costed $750 and I gave a $250 deposit, she wanted $750 and to still keep my $250 (so she wanted $1000 altogether). The fact she pulled this on me with less than a month before my wedding (knowing pretty well i probably wont find a new flower vendor) is similar to feeling extorted. The way she treated us like **** made me think she was not going to be in business anymore so i never thought about writing this review. But seeing the more recent reviews shows she still in business - just know she may pull the same stuff.

There are no words to explain how amazing it was working with Tracy and FCL. Throughout the entire process, both before and during the pandemic Tracy was always cordial, positive, and easy to work with. With her expertise, she took a color pallet, and what we had seen in a few pictures, and provided a comprehensive selection of floral options. As the venue changed, the number of tables changed, and our needs changed, she was always quick to accommodate, and help make the situation stress free. Even with last-minute additions the day before, she made it happen. Come the day of the wedding and she was ahead of schedule, helping coordinate the setup, with the centerpiece of the ceremony being two stunning arrangements she had built. All of the flowers were impeccable, and received compliments from everybody. From the entirety of our hearts, going with FCL and Tracy helped make our day incredible.

I want to thank Tracy at First Comes Love - Wedding & Floral Designs, for making our wedding day so wonderful. Tracy took her time to answer our questions and explain how things work. She offered us various options and was mindful of our budget. The flowers themselves were amazing ! Everyone had so many wonderful comments about the various flower arrangements and bouquets. Overall the result was breathtaking ! Thank you again Tracy for all your hard work. You really made our day special!

So i was lucky enough to meet Tracy through the decor company we chose for our big day! Again after so much research, endless tradeshows...Tracy pretty much fell on my lap! Its truly hard for me to visualize everything as a whole...but man WOW did Tracy pull through on our florals! From our center pieces, to headtable arrangement, to our bridal party bouquets! It was all so breathtaking and beautiful! Tracy was so pleasant to deal with as well - super sweet, always responded on a timely manner! I cant be thankful enough to have met such amazing people to be a part of our big day! I would definitely work with Tracy over and over again <3 THANKS A MILLION!

Thank you for making our day perfect in every way. You were the best to work with, you understood everything we wanted, and captured our vision perfectly. We really couldn't have asked for a better florist for our wedding. We received so many complimentson all of the flowers, but especially my bouquet. And of course, we can't forget the way you transformed our reception hall. When we arrived after taking our pictures, we almost didn't recognize the place. It looks absolutely stunning.

We would highly recommend you to anyone needing any kind of floral arrangements. You really did exceed our expectations. Well worth every cent!

Tracy did an amazing job! I was very particular with how I wanted my bouquet to look and Tracy did an amazing job! She made it look perfect! My fiancé built me a wooden arch and I asked Tracy if she could put flowers in the middle and she did! She made it look beautiful! Better then I even imagined. She showed up to 4 different locations for me on my wedding day to drop off flowers or set flowers up. She arrived perfectly on time and set it up with out me having to worry about a thing. I showed up to my ceremony and the flowers were set up beautifully and I showed up to my reception and the flowers were also set up perfect. The flowers she uses are beautifully open, fresh, and stunning. I loved having her as my florist!!!
