We had our wedding reception at Guild Inn Estates and have nothing but positive things to say. From the initial planning stages, our point-person, Francesca, was amazing. Answering all of our questions, showing us around, and going through everything with us step by step. She was always very quick to respond and continuously helpful the entire time. On the day of the event the room looked perfect. the décor is classic and beautiful, and the outside scenery is fantastic. The old art and lake make for some amazing photographs.

The food was amazing. Guests told us repeatedly how much they enjoyed the food. One guest even asked me to try and get the recipe for the chicken we had because he wanted to try and copy how they made it! All staff were extremely polite and professional.

We had a last second issue, with a guest arriving with a date. This was unexpected and we did not have a seat set for this person. I told the manager and he told me not to worry about it. Within about two minutes the manager found me and told me everything was taken care of and not to think twice about it.

Your wedding day is supposed to be a joyful day, but so many people get stressed out and can't enjoy it. We barely felt any stress because of all the help along the way by Guild Inn.

We made the right choice.

We had a fall wedding at the Guild Inn Estate.Our wedding was a mix of Chinese and Western customs and we did all of our events at the Guild including:- Tea Ceremony in the foyer, in front of the reception hall- Ceremony in the Gazebo- Reception in the Reception HallOverall, the Guild is a fantastic location for a wedding, but they just finished their construction and it is very apparent that this is the first year they are in business.Some of the things that the Guild did well were:- The halls have beautiful high ceilings- The Gazebo is very spacious- The park is beautiful and in the fall we got really lucky with great coloursSome of the things that they need to improve/guests should be aware of:- The venue does not allow for caterers other than their in-house staff, and the food is very expensive- The washrooms are shared between all 4 halls. This means that there will be people from other halls walking past your foyer area and there is no good way to prevent them from leveraging your food and/or entertainment- Also, because the reception area in front of the room is open, be sure to keep the gift table inside of your actual reception hall. We had mixups throughout the night where our guests were putting cards in our neighbors gift boxes and vice versa.- The bridal suite we had was small - Our contact at the Guild was really helpful at the beginning, prior to the contact, and again about 2-3 weeks prior to the day of our event... however, the responses to emails were slower in the time in-between Overall, I would recommend the venue, just be aware that it is not an inexpensive venue and make sure you are in contact with your neighbors in the other halls throughout the evening.

We had an amazing time at our wedding at the Guild Inn Estate. The staff were all very professional and ensured that quality, service and professionalism was all up to standards during the entire time. Francesca, our wedding coordinator was amazing to work with and ensured and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests (as we had quite a complicated asian-european fusion menu. The food was delish and all of our guests had a great time! Thank you to the Guild Inn Team!

The Guild Inn Estates venue is absolutely beautiful, and it was exactly what we were looking for. We ended up booking the Guild Inn Estates for our September 8th, 2017 wedding, and couldnt have been happier with the process from start to finish. We ended up booking Hall D with Francesca (Director of Special Events) for our wedding. We were extremely impressed with how professional and responsive she was. Throughout the course of our wedding planning, we must have asked over 100 questions and got answers to all of them in a matter of hours, and even in some cases, minutes. When you book your wedding, make sure to go to her. In terms of the wedding day, our day of coordinator Elizabeth(who was assigned to us by the venue) was amazing. She ensured we had everything we needed throughout the course of the day and worked very closely with all of our vendors. Additionally the food was great and we have to give a BIG shout out to the service staff (especially in the bar), who made sure everyone was having a great time!
