The property is a magnificent complex that overlooks Lake Ontario surrounded by 88 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens (Guild Park & Gardens). This spectacular multi-venue complex features several dynamic function spaces which can be used individually or combined. Your guests will be mesmerized by the extraordinary views which can be admired through a floor to ceiling glass wall which overlooks the Guild Park gardens. I recently held my daughter’s engagement party at the Bickford room of the Guild Inn and was thoroughly impressed from the initial discussion, planning to the actual event. The service was terrific, every staff member was attentive and genuinely eager to make our event enjoyable. The elderly members of our party was most appreciative of the supportive and helpful staff. The buffet lunch was a highlight as everything was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. There was a good variety of dishes to choose from, not too fancy but definitely of high quality and perfect for lunch. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, gardens, and scenic views of Lake Ontario that was enjoyed and photographed by all members of our party. Our room was a perfect size to mingle and was tastefully decorated. It truly was a perfect spot for our party. Overall, The Guild Inn exceeded all my expectations and I would absolutely recommend it for a engagement party or wedding.

The Guild Inn Estate was an amazing venue to host our wedding in September.

The backdrop of Guildwood Park was perfect for photos, the event staff were highly professional the day of and during the tastings and our guests had a blast (even with the food) during the wedding.

The Guild was the first venue we toured for our wedding and we are so glad we ended up choosing it for our special day. Not only is the location beautiful for pictures, but we enjoyed our meal and appreciated how attentive and professional the staff is. We had such a wonderful experience at our wedding venue, The Guild Inn Estate! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious — our guests are still talking about it. The nearby park made the perfect backdrop for our wedding photos, giving us so many beautiful memories to look back on. A special thank you to the banquet manager, Violeta, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to their attention to detail and genuine care. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day!

We had our wedding at the Guild Inn Estate in October 2025. Our experience was top notch from start to finish.

Our Event Details Manager who we worked with for months leading up to the big day, Violeta, was a pleasure to work with. She was accommodating, professional, and made the planning process super easy. On the wedding day itself, Silvana was fantastic. She was organized, proactive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. They are both hardworking, dependable, and you can tell they truly care.

Food-wise it was excellent, beautifully presented, with great portions enjoyed by everyone. The service team was friendly, attentive, and responsive throughout the night.

With over 230 guests and multiple vendors, everything came together perfectly thanks to the Guild Inn team. Not to mention the grounds were beautiful and made for great photos. Highly recommended.
