Hi Julia and Andrew, PHENOMENAL! job on our engagement party. Marlowe pulled off our engagement party without a hitch on October 19. Julia, you were incredible organizing everything behind the scenes. Thank you so much for everything. And please deliver this email to Uri, he was amazing. I was so nervous and tense getting everything together, and he really gave me peace of mind and ensured that the whole event went super smoothly. I can't thank you guys enough. It almost makes me wish our wedding was smaller, so we could just have it at your restaurant. Until the next event!

Hi Julia, We just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone at Marlowe for making our daughters baptism so special. The staff were amazing. Uri especially is one of the best servers we've ever had. He went beyond the call of duty and always fulfilled a request. Truly a special person to have on staff for such a special occasion. We will always remember him. Also another server with glasses i forget his name right now but he was also a sweetheart. He always ensured we had drinks and were taken care of. Two best servers of the night. A huge thank you to you as well Julia for coordinating everything and working everything out to meet our needs. You were always accommodating and super prompt with emails and phone calls. You guys are really the best place to host an event. We will definitely be back for whatever our next occasion may be.

Great job Marlowe. We had our son's baptism there the other week and I have to say it was 5 out of 5 stars. Dining experice, food quality and service were beyond my expectation. We had some last minute changes that the servers (thanks especially to TONY!) accommodated instantly. Some of my guests actually commented on how nice the servers are. The servers were also were very precise with certain food preferences such as allergies. Julia did a fantastic job in answering all of my 1 million questions leading up to the day and every request that I had was met. She is very flexible and pleasant to deal with.. I will definitely be hosting my next family celebration at the Marlowe. It was a great experience all around. Good job guys, keep up the work!! p.s i don't usually write reviews but it was just such a great experience i had to, you deserve the kudos!

Hi Andrew, I am writing you this email to let you know what great customer service I received on Feb 01/14. Originally, I had called Julia back in October to get a quote for my husband's birthday party this past Saturday. From the moment I spoke to her, she was very pleasant and we worked out the contract. The staff at Marlowe in Richmond Hill, were extremely pleasant and very professional. Not a moment went by that they were not checking on me or my guests. Today, I find that customer service is out the window - just minimal requirements. But your staff at Marlowe went above and beyond to make sure that the food was ok and that everyone was having a good time. Please take pride in knowing you have great, hardworking staff at Marlowe's. This is the 2nd time we have booked for a larger event, and I definitely will be going back to celebrate my 5 year anniversary with my husband in November.
