The Lodge on Queen is a Special Events Venue located in the heart of Toronto's downtown entertainment district, on trendy Queen West. This rustic bohemian space occupies two floors of a century-old heritage building, restored to reflect the eclectic artistry of our city's creative heart. Owners Ron and Diane are international gem hunters and designers who originally created the space as a private member’s club. They encapsulate the joie de vivre of living the 'Big Life'. Let us be the canvas to make your vision come to life for cocktail receptions, weddings, pop ups, birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate events, book launches, or whatever your heart desires. The main floor holds up to 130 people and the top floor holds up to 110 people, and for more intimate events or meetings, we have a private boardroom that fits 12 people. We also have 2 hotel-style self-contained suites that can be added on. The building is wired with WIFI, and a Sonos music system and both floors have fully appointed kitchens and bar areas. No matter what option you choose, we will be mindful of your budget!!!

It was the Perfect Venue for an Initmate & Causal Wedding

We had our 50-guest wedding on June 22, 2024, and opted for the "Worry-Free" Wedding package, which truly lived up to its name! The ceremony took place on the 3rd floor and the reception on the main floor, perfectly matching our aesthetic and vision. Both spaces had undergone recent updates since our initial walkthrough in spring 2023, which only added to the charm of the venue and our special day.

Anna Tran and all the staff at LOQ were truly exceptional and went above and beyond to assist us throughout the day. Anna, in particular, was amazing and managed to bring our vision to life. Our family and friends are still raving about the delectable food, outstanding service, and the unique ambiance of the space.

We wholeheartedly recommend this venue. It deserves a rating of 100 out of 10!

We held our Wedding at the Lodge on Queen middle of May and it was unreal! Anna and her whole team were incredible! Hard working, super friendly, and extremely accommodating. We can't stress enough how special and beautiful this place is to host your wedding. Your day will run so smoothly. "Worry-free wedding" is the correct term for their offered packages. PLUS we have heard nothing but raving reviews from our friends and family - about the food, the service, the atmosphere etc. We highly recommend this unique venue! On August 19th, my husband and I hosted our wedding reception at The Lodge on Queen, and we were truly amazed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. While we initially had high expectations for the venue, the team somehow managed to surpass them. If we had the chance, we would choose The Lodge on Queen all over again without hesitation! Many of our friends and family kept asking how we found this spot and mentioned wanting to host events there in the future.

Literally the best staff ever. I had my wedding here recently, and cannot recommend it enough. They always answered questions really quickly whenever needed. They had no hidden fees. And on the actual event day I swear they were angels. Everything was done so well. They are so accommodating. They pay attention to every little detail. Their worry free weddings are literally worry free. The moment the event started till the end of it I had no worries whatsoever cause they were handling everything so well. They were always a step ahead, and kept everything so organized. Sadly you can’t get married all the time otherwise I’d keep having it here. I never imagined I would find a venue this amazing, and this stress free especially during Covid. A special shout-out to Anna who is honestly the best. If you’re looking for a venue that is gorgeous, stress free, accommodating, with a friendly and organized staff well this is it! You won’t find a better place.

I've got nothing but good things to say about Lodge on Queen after photographing an anniversary party there last fall.

Anna and her staff were on top of things from the moment I arrived until I left 4 hours later - between fulfilling my requests, as well as my clients and their guests. They also never seemed to slow down on the super tasty hors d'oeuvres being brought out for the guests.

What really captured my attention at Lodge on Queen was the look of the space. This venue has it all for the beautiful rustic loft look. Wooden floors, exposed brick, stained glass and walls covered in stunning art work. Even the furniture selection was very tastefully done.

All in all, I highly recommend this venue for anyone to looking for a place to host their event or wedding. You really can't go wrong.

Thanks for everything, Anna! Hoping to see you again the near future.

The Lodge on Queen is a fantastic venue. I booked it for a corporate party and everyone loved the space. The design style is so unique and the food and drinks were delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make sure it was a great night. We will definitely be holding our next corporate party at The Lodge!

Funky, Casual, Elegant and super Hip all in one venue...great for caterers, kitchens available (and plenty of hidden room in the back to plate for big events) , bar on both floors...lots of fridge space. Nice VIP area, great mix of pool table and crystal chandeliers! We LOVE this venue! right on Queen West...
