I used to come here when I was a young adult and I remember learning so much. It is great to see that the Science Centre is still around educating the youth, not just from the city but from places all over. I hope that it is here to stay for years to come because it provides a different type of experience for kids that may not be available to them in their classrooms. It's also a place that helps kids explore, be curious and learn how to be innovative.
Its great to have all those memories and visit in the science centre is a kid and to bring my own there now. It would be great if their hours for open a little bit later as they close at about 5 p.m. which ends up putting a departure time in the middle of rush-hour. The exhibits themselves are very good. there are a lot of chances for people to interact with different exhibits and get that tactile experience. Thank you for the great memories
Great for all ages! There are really amazing and interesting things for adults/teens as well as for young kids. My eldest is 4 and my youngest is almost a year old. Our family spent almost 4 hours here yesterday and it was an amazing day. I'm sure my 4 year old could have stayed longer (if he wasn't so tired from enjoying himself all day). There's an amazing indoor KidSpark play area for toddlers to enjoy as well!!!The cafeteria was busy but decent. Only thing that wasn't so great was the mac and cheese. It was mushy and didn't taste great. However, all the other food we ordered was fine. Just expect to pay attraction level prices. Lunch for our family of 4 was about $50.
Really great. I grew up here and figured all science museums were the same, but now that I've been to many, all over the world, I know how rare and special it is. Lots of interactivity and really varied exhibitions in a distinctive building, set in a gorgeous natural landscape. Price could be more affordable to make it truly family friendly.
We enjoyed our time at this attraction. We spent about four hours here. There were plenty of cool exhibits that kept our teenagers attention. We attended this attraction as part of the city pass that gives you a discounted price on five of the most popular attractions in Toronto. Its a great place to visit if your kids enjoy Science and hands on activities. There are lot of informative stuff here for both kids and adults. Be prepared for a complete day. It's definitely worth the time spend
