We approached Jennifer at Tufts & Toile based on a recommendation of our venue, Ball's Falls Conservation Area. We were immediately so impressed with her collection of decor and also her organization, and signed her on for coordination services and used her decor collection, too!
Jennifer is no 'day-of' coordinator. The MOMENT we hired her till our wedding day, she was there for us, answering any questions, and more importantly asking questions we hadn't thought to consider!!! She is thorough and knowledgable, creating the most highly detailed itinerary ANYONE in my party had ever seen! She took our ideas and questions seriously, and made us feel so confident right away that our day would go off without a hitch. When I showed her some of the bits I had gathered for DIY decor (hello broken easel....) she graciously offered her own from her collection like it was nothing.
Maybe the best part (maybe the decor was the best... so hard to decide) was at the 2-weeks-to-wedding mark, Jen took over all contact with the other vendors so we weren't being overrun with emails. What BLISS!!!!!!!!!
On the day, Jennifer was punctual, high energy, and present while not being hovering around us - the second I needed to find her (should we move up the timing of the toast? etc) she was there.
Anyway, thanks from the bottom of our hearts. We had the best wedding ever and Jennifer was a significant part of making that happen

We initially approached Tufts & Toile because they had the best, classiest, most beautiful furniture pieces (which we needed as decoration for our wedding venue) and decor. We also agreed on a month-of-coordinator package, although how I wish we had gone with the full package.

Jennifer is such a pro - you will not be disappointed. Always punctual, respectful, and professional, Jennifer works with you to achieve your vision for your wedding. She has a ton of experience, a great eye for detail, and a really good designer's eye. She makes recommendations (almost all of which we agreed to) but is never pushy or pressuring. She is the most organized person I've ever met, with backups for everything, and, if you're ready for it, will start planning well in advance to get ahead of all the chaos that happens on the month of. Jennifer is also one of those very appreciated voices of reason that will calm you down and stop you from freaking out about your upcoming wedding day. Why? Because she's got it all under control.

The execution on our wedding day went flawlessly, with Jennifer being on top of communication with all our vendors, and checking in occasionally to make sure my wife and I were doing well and getting what we wanted out of it. And we received so many compliments on the decor and furniture. Highly, highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

We are just over 1 month from the wedding and I still have magical dreams about it every SINGLE night. Jennifer truly was our secret wedding wizard. From start to finish, she helped create the most stunning and heartfelt event. My husband and I, were her first couple to formally act as the “wedding planner & coordinator”. From the outside, one would assume she’s been planning for 20+ years because she thought of every little detail. Our day of itinerary, eliminated so much anxiety because she had minute by minute everything organized. She collaborated so well with our 6+ different vendors (photography, videography, food, venue, band, flowers) and helped iron out any issues on the day. Her calm, endearing, and positive nature wipes away any worry. Not to mention her creative eye is out of this world, she transformed the barn at Ball’s Falls into the most beautiful space. I honestly want to hire her to decorate my house one day because I have that much faith in her design taste. If you have any doubt on what decorator or day of coordinator you want to go with - look no further! Jennifer is such a pleasure to work with, you will love every minute of it. Hiring Jennifer for our wedding design was by far the best decision I made through the whole wedding planning process. My husband and I got engaged in 2018 and we hired Jennifer in early 2019. We had no idea what we were in for in the coming years with COVID. Through all the ups and downs, Jennifer was our constant. She has an incredible eye for design and was consistently going above and beyond her job description to make our day perfect. Walking into our ceremony and reception took my breath away and I am SO excited for the future couples that have the pleasure of working with her!

Nice person to work with and beautiful rentals, but horrible setup and very disorganized on wedding day. Many promises were made and just did not come through. On such an important day, major disappointments with how slowly setup was done and was not up to expectations. Rentals are worth it but setup fees were not. You're better off setting up on your own or with family/friends.
