We had our wedding at The Terrace on April, 30th, 2022 and used their in house DJ entertainment company, BB Blanc for our DJ and MC services. From beginning to end, we had a great experience with the BB Blanc team.
Cierra was the coordinator that we were dealing with and she was so amazing to work with and was super helpful throughout the whole process!!
Everything was very organized and went according to the itinerary that they created for us for our wedding day!
The MC louis and DJ Louis were both amazing and did an amazing job!!
The MC did a great job and was able to get the crowd engaged in the wedding and the DJ played great music and played everything that we wanted to hear throughout the night!
The MC Louis also used drums/bongos and played them to the music beat which as a nice added touch and all the guests really enjoyed it!
We received many compliments on our wedding and the music and the BB Blanc team was a big part of our wedding day so thank you very much!!
Would definitely give a 5 star and recommend BB Blanc for anyone planning their future wedding or any other party!

I would like to offer my experience with BB blanc to all future brides. I got married on Jan 19 2019, and bb blanc surpassed all of my expectations from the moment of booking right up until the day of my wedding. For those brides that are just starting the wedding planning process, you will inevitably have vendors that wont be very responsive, and may disappoint. Will let me rest assure you that bb blanc always replied to emails/ voicemails within less than 24 hours. If ambiance is really important to you then BB blanc is the company you want to book with. They really do create event magic. I had a winter wedding theme and they literally made that come to life. They set up a 80ft video wall, along with all of their speakers/lighting equipment seamlessly. I had a very specific vision that I wanted, and they offered there professional input to help execute it. They also provided the DJ and MC services, which were amazing! Put it this way, I had a full dancefloor until the lights turned on. If you have any hesitation about booking with bb blanc I can rest assure you that they will not disappoint.

bb Blanc is the best that the industry has to offer in terms of customer service and event execution. On the event day, Alex was kind, flexible with the changes that were made on the fly and kept the atmosphere electric. It is always a pleasure working together. I would highly recommend bb Blanc for any occasion.

From the first time we met with bb Blanc we knew that we were in great hands. Throughout the entire process bb Blanc ensured that all our questions were answered and all our dreams came to reality. There were many details that we were unsure of but bb Blanc worked with us and our budget to ensure our night was as magical as we could have dreamed. No question went unanswered and no concern not dealt with! The staff the day of the event were there for us and they made sure that we followed our agenda to ensure we were on time. So many of our guests told us that it was the best wedding that they have ever been to and this would not have been the case without the expertise of bb Blanc. Thank you so much we will be calling you for the Anniversary!

We got married in August and bb Blanc was our in-house DJ. We met with Rennie and had our quote all lined up, but when it came time to meet with us again to put down our deposit, Rennie disappeared. We tried contacting him for weeks over email and phone (we left plenty of voicemails) but to no avail. Eventually, I contacted our rep at the banquet hall, and she got in touch with Rennie. He contacted us and apologized and offered us either a discount or free uplights (we went with the uplights) and all seemed fine. A week before our wedding, we had a phone meeting with our DJ, Anthony. We had filled out forms with times for all announcements and phonetic pronunciations of names and he had these well ahead of time. On the day, he mispronounced my mother's name when she was making her entrance into the hall. He was announcing the tables to go to the buffet and spaced them out by about 10 to 15 minutes, so people were sitting there hungry while he just waited around. No one was even at the buffet for a lot of the time, and tables eventually started getting up out of order because the wait times were ridiculous. By the time everyone was finished with dinner, it was nearly 11 and the serving staff had to cut the cake to serve with our dessert and coffee/tea station - he spread out the buffet announcements by so much that we didn't even get to cut our cake! Also, a lot of our older guests ended up leaving early because the music was far too loud for them. And then, while people were still on the dance floor (not many, I grant you, but there were still guests and he said he would continue to play while people were still dancing), he tried to cut out early until I spoke with him to stay until the guests were gone. Overall, I was pretty unimpressed with the service. If you end up going with bb Blanc, please really stress how important your timeline is. Otherwise, what was the point of creating one?
