The North Side Catering

We had a micro wedding with a small venue that had only a kitchenette and no real kitchen space. We didn't want to compromise on quality of food served at our wedding and upon looking for solutions found Northside Catering that came with their own kitchen on wheels. I could sit her and write paragraph after paragraph of compliments. Grace was absolutely phenomenal from the planning stage right down to execution. We let her know the style and ambiance we were going for and from the second conversation she had completely understood what we wanted and absolutely nailed it. I mean, right on the head, nailed it. She put together a beautiful menu for us which included a salad, charcuterie board, lemon thyme chicken, and a beautiful pear dessert. It didn't stop there - Grace also designed our entire event, all the decor and accessories. We even went outside the box and had a cocktail hour set up outside for our guests to hang out while we flipped the room from ceremony to dinner. As if she stopped there - she also choreographed our entire wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. She was an absolute peach to deal with, and I felt so at ease with her professional planning. Many times during the process of planning I was asked by friends and family "Aren't you nervous?" "Aren't you worried?" and I felt so odd saying I wasn't at all. And it's truly simply because Grace had it all handled, even questions I didn't think to ask, or didn't ask - she knew what we wanted and got it done. The ONLY thing that I could say negatively is that - it's over now, and I truly wish I could do the entire day again, it was an incredible experience and I really hope I can hire Northside again in the future for another event. The staff were all remarkable, friendly, Grace was incredible in her planning, chef was incredible in the dishes and making sure the flavors not only worked together but worked with our theme. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, you are incredible. I couldn't possibly thank you enough.
