Celebrate your wedding, anniversary, bridal showers, baby showers or milestone reunions at Mill Run Golf Club. We respect the many moving parts of any event and leave no detail to chance when putting together the final touches. Your treasured memories are captured at Mill Run Golf Club. From the first visit to the final day of the celebration, we know you and your guests will be pleased with this venue and our food & services.

We have a Garden area for private ceremonies and services, a Ballroom & Patio and can accommodate any group from 20 to 300 guests. Although we have a full culinary team, in some circumstances, we do allow outside caterers. The Derrad Patio is accessible from our Ballroom and is a great place to take in the countryside sights and sounds.

I highly recommend Mill Run Golf Club if you are looking for a Wedding Venue. I hosted my June 2024 Wedding here and the Venue is absolutely beautiful. The gardens, golf course, and grounds are very well kept and gorgeous. Gina the Wedding Coordinator was incredible! She helped answer all of my questions and worked above and beyond to ensure we have a great day. The process booking with this venue and planning the wedding was so easy. Gina attention to detail and genuinely cared about our Wedding which made the experience so special. The food was also incredible and so were the whole staff. We used the South Ball Room which was perfect for our intimate wedding, and the garden was lovely for our ceremony and cocktail hour.

Gina was an incredible coordinator for our May wedding ceremony! From the initial meeting, she was supportive of our needs as a couple, whether or not we chose Mill Run. Her communication made us feel comfortable and she did everything in her power to ensure our day was amazing. From helping make final decisions about photo locations, shuttling the bridal party to and back from photo locations and the ceremony, guiding our rehearsal dinner, and making sure everyone was on the same page for our day, everything went perfectly! Beautiful outdoor ceremony space and amazing customer service!!

Our son was married at Mill Run golf course in September and we had an amazing experience. The outdoor ceremony grounds provide a beautiful backdrop, and the Ballroom and patio/lounge are wonderful venues for the cocktail hour and reception/dance. Gina was amazing working behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly on the big day and also provided several useful suggestions to help the day run more smoothly. Servers were also great at providing service during the meal. We highly recommend Mill Run for a wedding or other special celebration!

My husband and I were married at Mill Run in August of 2019. It was a perfect day. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married. We were 100% satisfied!

We got married at Mill Run in June 2013 and it was perfect! Its a great spot for a one stop wedding. The outdoor ceremony site is beautiful, private and great for pictures. The food is AMAZING.From the cocktail apps, to the main menu and the awesome late night poutine & sliders. No guest left hungry or disappointed. Amy and her crew were amazing throughout the planning and the day of. Always available to answer a question and make the day run smoothly. I would definitely recommend this venue for a wedding or any other special event!

Not only do they offer a gorgeous and well maintained location, the staff and crew are wonderful to work with, accommodating and very knowledgeable. Mill Run hosts open houses for their potential Brides/Grooms, Corporate Functions and Industry Professionals to tour the grounds and see all it has to offer. I would highly recommend Mill Run for anyone looking to host their Special Event in a great facility (with delicious catering services as well!).
