We we were very priveledged to have Brian come to our house and make dinner for us and friends and watch him make one delicious dish after the next. Dinner was amazing and tasty and it was so nice to watch him cook everything with such care and in such a calm manner. You can tell he loves what he does.
We hired Brian to cater our baby shower and met with him before to discuss some options for the menu. He is very easy going, listens well to your likes and dislikes and offers a great variety of suggestions.
The presentation of his food food is always beautiful and exquisite.
