Very disappointed with this company.
I was never informed that the deposit was non-refundable, and no contract was ever provided. They also failed to tell me that permits were needed for the location. When I tried to resolve the issue and asked for help, I only received copy-paste replies.
They ruined what was supposed to be a special gender reveal for my first baby. I do not recommend their services.
