Creating a memorable event takes detailed planning, a passion for setting the right mood and impeccable execution. Whether you’re the host or the guest, the goal is for you to simply have a wonderful time. And leave the rest to an event planner. That’s where I come in.

I don't know how Olivia would ever receive less than 5 out of 5 stars. From the first meeting we knew it was going to be a smooth and straight forward process, and she did not disappoint as our officiant. From checking in with us to offering tips, advice, and answering all of our questions, Olivia was there for us the whole way. We received so many compliments on the ceremony and the lovely words she said. She was a breeze to work with, and understood exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much Olivia!

We hired Olivia to officiate our wedding in December 2024 and couldn't be happier that we chose her! We called a few officiants but our experience with Olivia was by far the best. We had an initial meeting, filled out a questionnaire, and communicated by phone and a personalized event manager online. She was incredibly professional, and through our meetings she got to know us, presenting our love story perfectly throughout the ceremony. She was very accommodating to everything we wanted to include in our ceremony. We also received follow up emails from her which were greatly appreciated. She truly made our ceremony special. We contracted Olivia as our wedding officiant this summer and it was the best decision - she truly made our ceremony dreams come true! For starters, Olivia was extremely organized and responsive in the lead up and post, which made us feel confident in our choice. During our introductory calls, Olivia was friendly, warm and an attentive listener. We immediately connected and knew we needed her to be a part of our special day. We opted for the "Personally Yours Experience" service as we wanted the ceremony to feel tailored to us as a couple and Olivia delivered just that and more. Olivia is an incredible storyteller and retold the story of how we met, including personal and funny anecdotes and our vision for our marriage, all while weaving in a romantic and inspirational tone that made us beam with happiness and our guests either grin from ear to ear or weep into their handkerchiefs. Olivia is such a natural and was able to improvise in unexpected moments, like when our niece jumped out of her seat to give us hugs or a man rode his bike nearby blasting music in the background of the ceremony. Olivia jumped in with witty commentary and kept our guests engaged all throughout. After the ceremony/wedding, we received SO many comments from our guests about Olivia and what an amazing job she did. Our guests were so impressed that they thought we were either family or family friends with Olivia by how authentic and "us" her storytelling was. Not to toot our own horn, but so many people shared it was the best ceremony they had ever attended. We are so grateful to Olivia and the love and care she put into our special day. We can't recommend Olivia enough - do yourselves a favour and hire her for the most magical day of your lives!

I hired Olivia and her team for month of/day of coordination for my wedding in June, which was one of the best decisions I made for the event. From the day we connected and signed our contract, Olivia was an incredible resource. She was responsive to my endless list of questions and provided valuable insights that I would not have had without her experience. Her expertise and professionalism were both valuable and so appreciated. She created a timed schedule that encompassed every little detail for the day. There are so many considerations that I would not have had if I didn't have Olivia on my team. The day of the wedding was executed so beautifully by Olivia and her team or professional women. Everyone was incredibly resourceful and efficient. I don't know many brides who say can say that they were so present on their wedding day, but I had the privilege of really living in the moment because I knew I was taken care of by Olivia and her team.
