When we were searching for a wedding planner, Isabel stood out immediately. She was organized, calm, and enthusiastic all at once. Most of all, she seemed like someone who would truly care about how perfect our day turned out, so we hired her, and she more than delivered.

From that point on, the whole year of planning felt effortless. When we inevitably hit decision fatigue, Isabel helped us land on choices, but she also welcomed every personal opinion we had. She always brought us options at different styles and budget points, so we never felt pressured to go in any one direction. She understood our blended cultures too, and knew exactly how to style and run the various cultural elements of our day (i.e. tea ceremony, door crasher games, Scripture readings). She’s also so easy to get along with that our family members and bridal parties felt so comfortable around her too (which is extremely important come the day of!)

Thanks to everything Isabel handled behind the scenes, we were so relaxed that people told us we were the calmest couple they’d ever met. I loved working with her so much that I referred her to a coworker, who hired her as well. We’re still huge fans and follow all of her wedding content, because she really has a magic touch for making people's dream weddings come true!

It’s hard to put into words just how INCREDIBLE Isabel is. She is the most warm, thoughtful, calm-under-pressure person, but also someone who absolutely gets it done! Isabel made it so easy for us to have the absolute best time on our wedding day, and we truly cannot recommend her enough.

We had the pleasure of experiencing Isabel at my cousin’s wedding back in 2022, and when it came time to plan our own wedding in 2026, choosing her was an easy decision. From the moment we met with Isabel, we knew we were going to be in great hands.

We did her 6-week takeover package, and she was always 10 steps ahead of us. She coordinated with all of our vendors, anticipated questions and details we hadn’t even thought of, and completely took the stress out of navigating everything. She was so intentional with the questions she brought to us, while also offering thoughtful recommendations and advice whenever we needed it. We always felt like she genuinely understood our vision and had our best interests in mind.

On the day of our wedding, her amazing sidekick Lexy joined her, and I quite literally had no idea what was happening behind the scenes - which was exactly what we wanted! We were able to be completely present and in the moment with our guests, knowing that everything was being handled.

On top of all of that, Isabel has impeccable taste and such an incredible eye for detail and design. She worked closely with our venue team to make sure our floral and décor vision came together exactly the way we had imagined it. She understood the little details that mattered to us and advocated for our vision throughout the day.

She handles things with so much grace and professionalism, and we always felt completely comfortable trusting her. She played such a huge part in making our wedding day as special as it was. We are so grateful we got to work with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator who is not only incredibly organized and capable, but genuinely cares about making her couples’ day everything they dreamed it would be. 🤍
