Isabel is amazing! We initially didn't think we needed a wedding planner but even after securing most of our vendors, I was feeling very overwhelmed and so my partner and I bit the bullet and hired Isabel to help with event management for the 6 weeks leading up to our big day. Isabel was so easy to work with and even during a very busy wedding month for her, she always made time to be present for meetings with our vendors. She always asked great questions and was prompt in following up with vendors and negotiating on our behalf. I can be indecisive so having someone whom I could ask input from and bounce ideas off of was super helpful. She also made sure we stayed on top of everything and was constantly adjusting the wedding itinerary as we made several last minute changes. Isabel rigorously reviewed the contract we had with our venue to make sure everything we had agreed on with the venue was included in the contract so that we wouldn't get duped and somehow managed to negotiated extended open bar hours for us at no extra cost from the venue :)




On the day of the wedding, Isabel was very hands-on! She steamed my veil, worked with our photographer to figure out where the dress should be hung since there weren't any hooks in the studio we got ready in and she checked in with me several times to make sure I was eating and hydrating myself. At the venue, we had a guest who showed up unaccounced (they initially declined the invitation) and Isabel immediately ushered then into the hall and found them a seat.




Our only regret was not hiring Isabel from the very beginning of our wedding planning journey! Thank you Isabel!

Hiring Isabel to be our wedding planner was singlehandedly the best decision made during our wedding planning process! Isabel is an absolute JOY to work with, not just because she is extremely thorough, efficient, and amazing at what she does, but because she is so kind and sincere. It truly felt like working with a friend throughout the entire process.

We booked the Full Planning & Design package, and from the very beginning, Isabel walked us through every meticulous detail and did amazing work on bringing our vision to life. She came with us to our venue visits and made sure we had all the information we needed. She was extremely organized and communicated often through the entire process, so we never felt like we were in the dark about anything, and we felt supported throughout all our decisions and during our vendor meetings. Isabel was also very flexible in her timing, which we are so grateful for as we often needed evening calls. It seemed so effortless in how she handled so much on the back-end, that we still cannot wrap our head around how she kept everything so organized!

The actual wedding day felt so stress-free, because we had the utmost confidence that Isabel and her team were taking care of everything, and she did so with such grace! From ensuring that we had the perfect shot to making sure that we stayed hydrated and had enough rest, she was there with us every step of the way. Working with Isabel as our month-of coordinator was undoubtedly one of the highlights during our wedding planning process! We can’t recommend her enough to any couples looking for a highly professional, detailed-oriented, and personable expert to guide them and execute at the highest level on the big day!

From our initial consultation, we immediately felt at ease with Isabel. Her warm and engaging manner, coupled with her experience and the way she genuinely asked us questions to get to know us better solidified the fact that we knew right away that we would like to work with her!

After booking, we were sent a detailed Google folder containing everything we needed to keep us on track- her wedding planning calendar definitely came in handy!

When she came on board 6 weeks before our wedding (having reached out a few weeks beforehand to coordinate our first meeting), we felt a weight lift off our shoulders as Isabel immediately started following up with vendors on our behalf and coordinating meetings with them. We were so reassured knowing that she would take care of all the finer details and logistics! During this time, she was always available for either an online meeting or phone call to discuss any of our questions and concerns. The detailed itinerary that she created for us was incredible - everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and the flow of our entire day at Graydon Hall Manor was planned perfectly!!

On the day of the wedding, Isabel’s energy was consistent for the over 12 hours she was on-site. She seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors and ensured that every detail was taken care of so that we could be fully present and enjoy the day together. She truly went above and beyond her responsibilities and even captured behind the scenes footage for us to enjoy before we get our full gallery!

Afterwards, we received so many compliments from our family and friends praising Isabel’s incredible work ethic and the expert manner in how she handled whatever came her way. We couldn’t be more grateful for everything she did for us!
