From the moment we met with Rabbi David, we knew we had found the one to lead our Interfaith ceremony. He made us feel comfortable and any worry we had about the ceremony was put aside when he walked us through the process with confidence and experience. Rabbi David went above and beyond to make our wedding ceremony absolutely perfect. He made the ceremony truly unique to reflect our needs by listening to our story and weaving it into the words he so beautifully wrote. He also incorporated both English and Hebrew and explained the meaning behind everything he did. Our family and friends can't say enough about how beautiful, in-depth and meaningful the ceremony was and how it was a true reflection of Jay and I. We feel very fortunate to have found Rabbi David!
Rabbi David Gellman created a truly unique and heartfelt ceremony that really captured us as a couple and resonated with our interfaith guests. He really put a great deal of thought and care to personalize the service with our stories, inside jokes and little details of our lives together. We decided not to have a wedding party but wanted to honour our family and closest friends during the ceremony. Rabbi Gellman helped to facilitate this by suggesting special ways within the ceremony to incorporate each them. We couldn’t be happier!

The ceremony that David created for us was truly the highlight of our wedding. By listening, observing, and asking questions, he was able to capture not only the essence of our relationship, but our outlook on love, life, marriage, and the universe. We were both moved to tears upon reading through the ceremony when he had completed it, and there wasn't a dry eye in the house on the day of the wedding. We loved David's inclusion of so many different spiritual traditions from all over the world, his quotations of beautiful poetry and prose, and his exploration of the 1.11 ascension. Our guests' curiosity was piqued after the ceremony, and many imaginations were stirred to learn more about the universe and the spiritual world around us. Our vows were especially poignant, as they truly encapsulated our love for one another, and our zest for life. Above all, we felt that the ceremony that David wrote for us was unique, eloquent, beautiful and perfectly "us".
Rabbi Gellman officiated at our son and daughter in law's wedding in August 2015. He was very helpful and supportive during the weeks before the ceremony. The feedback from Mark and Lindsay’s wedding was over the top. The service was inclusive, spiritual, meaningful, and yet light and fun. I started that evening feeling an enormous sense of gratitude, then keenly aware of everything that is possible. I am very appreciative of the way he as a Rabbi connected with the bride and groom, explained Jewish marriage rituals, and made all of the bridal party and guests feel we were part of something extraordinary. Which of course, we were! Thank you, thank you!
I just want to thank you for gracing us with your beautiful energy at our wedding and for all the work both you and Rabbi Gellman put into preparing our ceremony. Everyone is talking about how amazing and meaningful it was! Rabbi Gellman is a true teacher. He was able to educate and inform the guests at our wedding - both Jewish and non-Jewish and engage us all in a way that was inclusive and entertaining.
With deepest appreciation and affection.
