We had a wonderful event at the GlenErin Inn & Spa and our guests were raving about the venue, the service, the food and the overall experience. Our immediate contact was Faye, who was extremely professional, frequently communicated with us and accomodated our requests to meet multiple times along with providing us with guidance and feedback to ensure we were happy.

On the day of, Randy (food and beverage manager) addressed any concerns we had and even provided us with some guidance on the schedule and the timing of the food. The wait staff were extremely kind and courteous and Jerry (head server) ensured that our guests had a wonderful time and took care of all their needs.

We will definitely be hosting additional events here because they have created a lasting impression on us on providing exceptional service, great tasting food and professional event coordination!

My husband Tristan and I got married here on Oct 21 2023 and had the pleasure of working with Faye and Randy.

Faye made our 11 months of wedding planning feel like such a breeze with her kindness and understanding, responsiveness and expertise. She made it all happen perfectly and provided positive reassurance whenever needed.

Randy was our point of contact on the day of. He was incredibly kind and professional and made us feel so well taken care of. He always checked in on us from the morning until late at night without being overbearing.

Thank you to all the staff at the Glenerin Inn and Spa for a perfect day. Not to mention the venue is absolutely gorgeous and a hidden gem in the GTA.

We just had our wedding last week and couldn't be happier with choosing the Glenerin Inn for our ceremony and reception. The bridal/getting ready suite was massive, and really helped that we could do our entire day in one spot. The outdoor patio and reception space was perfect, nicely shaded for the ceremony and beautiful large space for the reception. The food was delicious and loved the flexibility in bringing our own desserts. We used their preferred vendor for florals and DJ and it was the perfect choice, they knew exactly where to go and get everything set up quickly.

All the staff were lovely to work with, and big shout out to Faye and Maurizio for all the help the past year planning our wedding. All our guests had a great time!!
