We had a wonderful event at the GlenErin Inn & Spa and our guests were raving about the venue, the service, the food and the overall experience. Our immediate contact was Faye, who was extremely professional, frequently communicated with us and accomodated our requests to meet multiple times along with providing us with guidance and feedback to ensure we were happy. On the day of, Randy (food and beverage manager) addressed any concerns we had and even provided us with some guidance on the schedule and the timing of the food. The wait staff were extremely kind and courteous and Jerry (head server) ensured that our guests had a wonderful time and took care of all their needs. We will definitely be hosting additional events here because they have created a lasting impression on us on providing exceptional service, great tasting food and professional event coordination!
