We had an evening party and concert for my 50th birthday in June on the Gemini Patio, for approximately 75 people. The space was very welcoming and peaceful - hard to believe we were in the middle of the city with the trees rustling and birds and frogs singing. We hadn’t really brought anything in terms of decorations besides some lanterns, but really, nature provided all the necessary decor. Chairs, tables and a stage nicely set up and there were power outlets handy for our sound system. There was lots of room for everyone to spread out (very Covid friendly), flat and accessible, a short walk from the parking lot & bus stop, and the tent provided shelter from the bit of rain that fell. There was also a glorious sunset to top it all off. A+ experience. People are still telling me how beautiful it was and asking if I’m having a 51st birthday party next year. We’ll see ;)
