We had an absolutely incredible experience with Chef de la Mesa for our engagement event! From the moment the team arrived, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly. On the day of the event, they arrived earlier than expected to set up and prepare, which immediately gave us confidence that we were in great hands.

The entire team was extremely professional, accommodating, and cooperative with all of our other vendors throughout the evening. They constantly checked in and offered to help with anything we needed, which made the event run smoothly.

The food and overall show were truly incredible! Chef Ariel truly stole the show, and the steak experience was easily the highlight of the entire evening! Our guests were amazed by the presentation, energy, and experience, and the steak itself was complimented by everyone all night long. Everything was cooked perfectly and presented beautifully!

The strolling cannoli dessert station was another amazing touch and was the perfect treat to end the evening. The presentation, flavours, and overall experience exceeded expectations and our guests absolutely loved it!

I would highly recommend Chef Ariel and the Chef de la Mesa team to anyone looking not only for amazing food, but for an experience that will truly wow their guests and make them feel treated like family. The team showed that Chef de la Mesa is so much more than just fine dining, they deliver a truly remarkable culinary experience from start to finish that leaves a lasting impression on every guest!
