About

Karina Lemke has over a decade of wedding planning experience, mainly in the luxury market in Toronto and the GTA.

Prior to launching her own planning company, she was the owner and lead designer for a Toronto based Floral Boutique. She also produced and starred in a floral design reality show for HGTV Canada and was a regular, featured wedding planner in all six seasons of the reality wedding show, Rich Bride Poor Bride.

Karina helps create beautiful, memorable weddings for Kind People In Love... "Kind" and "Love" matter... gender & orientation do not.

Day Of Assistance, Partial Planning, Full Planning , Micro Weddings and Postponement Packages are all available.

Karina was one of the best decisions we made when it came to planning our wedding! She was so attentive and there with us every step of the way. Karina finds the perfect balance of supporting you even if your choices are untraditional, but also gently redirecting when she thinks you're going in a direction you'll regret. We hired her before we had any concept of what chaos covid would cause, and when we finally realized we'd have to reschedule our wedding once (and nearly twice) it was a huge weight off our shoulders having her. What would've been hours spent chasing vendors for new dates and exploring options was whittled down to a total of two emails between us and Karina to find the new date. When we again had to change our plans she was always there and willing to get on the phone to talk through ideas, contact people for options and help keep us from losing our minds.
Even if you don't think you need a planner for everything leading up to the wedding, at minimum you need Karina for the month and day of. She is so knowledgeable about timing and scheduling and kept my optimism from creating an impossibly tight and chaotic schedule. Day of I didn't even bother having my phone on me because I knew Karina had it all covered. She made sure the reception space was breathtaking, from helping me choose candles, to chasing down linens when I decided I wanted them with only two weeks to go, and then actually pulling it all together day of. I wasn't worried for a second because I had complete faith she had us covered. I swear she has supersonic hearing - when I was commenting about a blister on my heel before the ceremony, she materialized an instant later with moleskin in hand and personally bandaged my feet.
Karina knew how important it was to us to get to dancing ASAP, and when a taxi fiasco led to my grandfather being late and set our ceremony back nearly an hour, Karina chased the kitchen staff to move the meal along as quickly as they reasonably could without us even having to ask her to.
All in all, you would be so lucky to have her on your wedding day and we can't recommend her enough!!

Karina was a joy to work with. Her wealth of knowledge and connections in the industry made the planning process go smoothly. If we ever had a question or issue, Karina had the answer and was always quick to respond. At meetings with vendors she always knew which questions to ask. Karina helped us navigate through over 2 years of planning (thanks to COVID) with such grace, with multiple changes in locations, dates, and guest list counts. Most importantly, she managed to make the exact image I had in my mind a reality, and had a wonderful sense of both calm and excitement on our big day.

COVID19. At the 1-month mark of our new wedding date, everything was still in flux and the rules changed daily. We had made several back up plans (different guest lists, etc). Prior to COVID19, we did not plan on having a wedding planner, not even a day of coordinator – and we would have been fine. However, when our venue wasn’t reopening 1 month prior I started looking at micro-weddings. I found Karina online and she was so responsive! She was super helpful and giving us ideas of what we could be doing instead – this was even before we decided to hire her. Basically in a month, she helped us find a new location, new florist, new officiant and asked questions I never would have thought of, come up with seating plans and organize. She was always available to help when a vendor had an issue, give guidance, kept me on track and even ended up showing up the day of! Our day went wonderfully and a large part of it was the help of Karina. You can tell she loves what she does and really cares. Thank you!

Karina was fantastic to work with throughout the wedding planning process! My husband I got married on a VERY quick timeline and we loved that Karina embraced this! Karina provided full-service planning for us and we were so happy with the result. She put together an amazing team, was always available to help & talk through our options! She also helped us prioritize what was most important to us throughout the wedding planning process. Karina was super calm and helped us navigate multiple wedding changes due to Covid (on top of the short timeline!) We can't thank Karina enough and would highly recommend. Not only is Karina very talented at what she does but is also fun to work with!
