Creating a memorable event takes detailed planning, a passion for setting the right mood and impeccable execution. Whether you’re the host or the guest, the goal is for you to simply have a wonderful time. And leave the rest to an event planner. That’s where I come in.

Throughout my experience with clients, the word “chic” is often used to describe the look and feel of their event. Certified by The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada, and as the lead planner for Liv Chic Events, it is my job and my pleasure to deliver on this request.”

Olivia CEO of Liv Chic Events is exactly what I needed on my day and preparing for my day. First of all website was easy to navigate through and attractive to the eye. Olivia herself was very accommodating and attentive to all my needs. She is very organized and made sure to keep in contact every so often to make sure upcoming tasks were in the process of completion. My guests were very impressed on how she delivered the ceremony and commented on how engaged they were during the ceremony because she had a calming voice filled with wisdom as she spoke. Olivia and her team did an amazing job organizing and managing our wedding. After having to move our wedding multiple times due to the pandemic, it was a nightmare confirming with vendors but Olivia made everything look seemless. If that wasn't enough, Olivia also officiated our ceremony. After a few conversations she understood us and our relationship and it was reflected perfectly in her words. Olivia was the officiant at a friend's wedding and we were so impressed by her that I chased her down in the parking lot for a business card. She was so lovely to work with.
