We had the privilege of hosting an event at the Guild Inn last week, and overall, we have no regrets choosing this venue. This was a large-scale event with more than 200 guests and months of planning and preparation to ensure everything ran smoothly.

The support we received on the day of the event was exceptional. Rohan from the AV team was incredibly helpful, seamless to work with, and provided a great sense of comfort throughout the event. Our assigned event manager for the day, Silvanah, was equally amazing. She was pleasant, attentive, accommodating, and flexible when last-minute changes to our program were required. Her support was instrumental in helping make the event a success.

The grounds were stunning, the venue was clean and well maintained, and the food was delicious from the appetizers through to dessert. Our guests had a wonderful experience.

If we had one suggestion for improvement, it would be regarding audio levels during portions of the event. We hosted a fun "Best Dressed" runway segment, and slightly louder music would have made the experience even more engaging. That said, this is something that can likely be addressed through discussions with the AV team in advance.

Unfortunately, our experience with the details manager assigned to us during the planning process was disappointing and added unnecessary stress leading up to the event.

Over the course of nine months, we had only two in-person meetings: one initial vision meeting and a final meeting approximately one month before the event. Despite this limited interaction, comments were made suggesting that details had already been discussed multiple times whenever we reached out for clarification.

The reason we found ourselves reaching out for clarification was not because details had been reviewed multiple times, but because we were often receiving conflicting, changing, or incomplete information. Examples included inconsistent guidance on microphone availability, Bluetooth options, signature drink ingredients, stage-wrapping costs, and charger plate rental fees. We were also never invited to participate in menu tasting opportunities and had to look into this ourselves. Additionally, we were initially told that Bluetooth connectivity was not available, when in fact it was an option that could have been explored with the AV team. These experiences created unnecessary confusion and added stress throughout the planning process.

We also found that important logistical details, such as parking information, were not proactively provided despite our requests. Additionally, several small accommodations we inquired about were initially declined, such as placing salad plates on charger plates for decorative purposes. However, the on-site staff were happy to accommodate these requests on the day of the event. Similarly, while we understood that access to the bridal suite was officially provided one hour prior to the event, we were on-site from 10:00 a.m. and felt some flexibility could have been considered. Another staff member ultimately granted early access, which was greatly appreciated.

We recognize that some of these requests were above and beyond standard service and subject to availability. However, in our experience, it is often the small gestures, flexibility, and willingness to help that make a significant difference when planning a major event.

Overall, the venue itself, the food, the grounds, the AV support, and the day-of staff were outstanding. Our only recommendation would be to carefully consider who is assigned as your details manager, as that relationship plays a significant role in the planning experience. Aside from that, we were very happy with the Guild Inn and grateful to the many staff members who helped make our event a success.

For the six month period, starting from the sales phase, contract, planning, scheduling, communication, coordination and execution, the approach and management have been very solid. We were very happy not only with the venue and the beautiful garden behind it, but also the friendliness of the staff and the food. In fact, their food tasting session indicated how good of an event we were going to have. They even did some little customizations on our food selection, which was very helpful and satisfactory. Everyone loved the food and execution.

Finding the perfect venue can be overwhelming, but The Guild Inn Estate made it effortless. The location inside the park is spectacular, offering a unique, nature-surrounded atmosphere that immediately won us over.

Our coordinator, Lenlen, was fantastic from day one. Her professional approach and willingness to accommodate our specific requests led us to sign the contract right after our tour.

When unexpected circumstances forced us to reschedule our date, Lenlen stepped in and handled everything seamlessly. Her attention to detail and genuinely caring attitude during a stressful time meant the world to us. The professionalism here is unmatched—highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless planning experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful wedding day, and we're so grateful to the entire team at Guild Inn for making it so special.
Teja was our coordinator and she was very organized, detail-oriented, and easy to work with throughout the planning process. We also really appreciated that she accommodated meaningful details for our wedding, including allowing kosher wine for our ceremony, and preparing the turkey for our Macedonian traditions. The turkey dance ended up being one of the highlights of the night, and our guests are still talking about how delicious the turkey was!
A huge thank you to Silvana and Mae, who were incredible from start to finish. Silvana was incredible and helpful at the tasting and on the wedding day! They were organized, attentive, and genuinely friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. One of our favorite moments was returning to the bridal suite after our ceremony to find a beautiful spread of appetizers and Prosecco waiting for us—it was such a thoughtful touch and a perfect moment to relax together.
The only minor feedback we have is that initial booking was a bit tricky with coordinating timing of the gazebo room, waiting for confirmation that we could do some of our traditions (ie have the turkey dance) and with getting access to the bridal suite later in the day vs having it all day. These certainly didn't take away from our wedding day, but were complexities to navigate during the process.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The ceremony room was beautiful, the grounds were picturesque, and everything came together perfectly. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was, especially how fresh and hot everything was when it was served. The service throughout dinner was great, the bar service was fantastic, and the staff took such great care of us at our sweetheart table.
Overall, we are SO happy with how our wedding turned out. The venue is absolutely beautiful, the staff made us feel cared for, and our guests had an amazing time. We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful place with a team that truly wants your day to be special. Thank you all for helping make our wedding unforgettable!

The Guild inn was amazing from the very first day we did a walk through! The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and have great attention to detail. Our biggest priority was good food, and the Guild came through. Our guests raved about how good the food was and how great the service staff were. Not to be forgotten, was the awesome bar staff as well. Fast service, jokes and smiles and kept the energy up the whole night. Overall, the Guild checked all our boxes and more!
