I am not one to write reviews often but I feel like this particular company needs to have a review written up about them.Once my husband had proposed to me, I knew exactly who I wanted to hire as our wedding photographer and videographer; Everlasting Moments. My parents had used them for their wedding (28 years ago) and it was a dream of mine to use them for mine. Our photos and video were one of our biggest priorities and we only wanted the best company to capture our big day!Everlasting was wonderful leading up to the wedding and on the actual wedding day. They were professional, punctual & helpful. At that point, we gave them payment in full as they had requested. This is when our experience took a turn for the worse. We got married in May and were promised that we would receive everything in a couple of months. I was starting to get very annoyed when I would email them and not receive an email back until I sent my 3rd follow up email. In addition, every time I would call them to check the status they surprisingly had no idea who we were! What I find amusing is that when it came to payment time, before the wedding, they knew exactly who we were! We finally received out photos 7 months later and we were absolutely thrilled. They were beautiful and everything I had dreamed of. When it came time for us to receive our short cinematic film, which was a ridiculous mission! After numerous conversations with then regarding us receiving the video, when I pressed play and only saw it was 13 minutes I started to get angry because we were promised a 20-30 minute long video. As I sat there and watched, I was in tears, it was HORRIBLE! I paid so much money for this! My husband was heading to their studio to pick up the photos and told them to take the video and throw it in the garbage and start all over again because it was not the quality we were promised. At that point, they had assigned another editor to create the cinematic video and were very pleased and happy with the final video! We were offered 10 DVDs of the final video and I had provided them with my mailing address. We received the DVDs after a month and we were so happy and excited once they arrived. We knew that we were done with this nightmare of a company. But to our great surprise, we were NOT! We had invited our whole bridal party and parents over to watch the video. We put in the DVD and pressed play and we were both absolutely horrified and embarrassed when another couples video started to play. We had gathered everyone at our house to share this wonderful moment with them and then we had nothing to show.We had finally got to the point where we were completely done with this company!Just an FYI, as per their promos on Instagram that say 6 week turn around, well thats not true!Their work is incredible and we were extremely happy with the quality of everything we received. But their customer service is horrible and very difficult to work with.
