While I only popped in for an after-work pint to catch up with an old friend, it was a real struggle to leave without eating something. Every plate that was served around us was enticingly colourful, and rich, spicy aromas virtually tortured my olfactories with pure delight. The service staff was friendly and very accommodating. Situated on a pedestrian-friendly street along the west side of St Lawrence Market, the patio is a really nice, quiet place with only the sounds of conversation, clinking cutlery and glasses to be heard.Next time I go, it will be to enjoy the full range of their sumptuous menu.
An amazing find during our stay in Toronto. Food was cooked to an outstanding standard. Meat chops melted in our mouth. Fish pakoras were perfectly spiced & tender. Owner & her chef brother were a delight & catered to our needs as one of us is allergic to chillies. Would like to thank them both.
After visiting the St. Lawrence Market while staying in Toronto, my wife and me have been guests at Bindia. The atmosphere is really elegant and the service is great. The food is well prepared, tastes fantastic and is draped creatively on the plates. We really enjoyed our stay at this place and are thankful for the friendly service. I can recommend the chicken curry and the delicious and fresh baked Naan.
One of the best authentic Indian restaurants I have come across in Ontario. I am Indian and vegetarian, who is very picky when it comes to dine at Indian restaurants. However, this place has impressed me with their variety of veg dishes and quality food. I tried two curries multiple times and all the veg appetisers so far and they tasted amazing every time. If it was not expensive then it would definitely have been my go-to place for regular dinners.
The food is fine (not too great). We expect a bit more quality when it comes to a-la-cart. Ambiance can also be rated as okay as well as service. If the staff can be a but more friendly, it makes a difference.
