My company recently held our 6th Annual Zero Emission Transit & Mobility Conference here, and it was a phenomenal, seamless experience from start to finish for us as organizers, and for our 200 guests. The space itself is truly beautiful with gorgeous decor; the food was top-notch, and the amenities (washrooms, meeting rooms) are very nice. We also loved this location for its convenience being connected to the hotel and accessible by transit!

The staff were extremely hospitable and proactive, identifying gaps and providing solutions immediately. A standout was Sonia Radunovic, the Director of Operations & Event Consultant, who was instrumental to the event's success. Her strategic advice, logistical support, and willingness to accommodate changes at any moment made the planning and execution stress-free. In terms of event staff, special thanks to Astrid for her exceptional support.

We received countless compliments on the venue from attendees, including executives and government officials we hosted. This was our second time booking with the BCC, and we've already pre-booked for 2025. Cannot recommend it enough!

**Customer Service Review for Burlington Convention Center**

We hosted our wedding at the Burlington Convention Center in October 2024, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of incredible.

From our first meeting, everything was laid out clearly, making our decision to choose BCC an easy one. Sonia, our coordinator, truly listened to all our wedding dreams and customized every detail to create our ideal reception. Her organization and thoughtfulness throughout the planning process were invaluable.

The food tasting was an unforgettable experience, helping us make those crucial final decisions with ease. Then, on the day of, everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hall staff transformed the venue beautifully with their expert setup, creating a breathtaking atmosphere.

The service was impeccable. Andreas, the head waiter (I believe that was his name), was outstanding—attentive, helpful, and always a step ahead. He ensured we were well-fed and had drinks throughout the night while managing every detail seamlessly. The food was a hit with us and our guests, and it kept everyone happy all night.

Overall, BCC exceeded our expectations. From planning to the big day, everything was stress-free and flawlessly executed. Huge thanks to Sonia and her amazing team! We highly recommend Burlington Convention Center for any event needs.

My husband and I had our wedding reception in August at the Burlington Convention Centre!! I don’t even know where to start as everything was absolutely amazing. From our first meeting with Sonia to the day of the wedding everything and everyone was amazing. I also had my bridal shower there and the staff are amazing, they are always going out of their way to make sure everyone is happy and enjoying their meal. 
From the very first meeting with Sonia she was amazing and so supportive, she really went out of her way and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was so supportive and always was checking in from when we chatted back in 2022 to the day in 2024. The food is absolutely amazing, everyone from the wedding has continued to talk about how amazing and delicious the food was. Sonia and the BCC team truly go above and beyond ensuring every detail and everything is perfect the way you want it.
The staff especially Astor who made sure myself and my husband were well taken care of and made sure everything from the dinner to late night buffet was perfect. They really are so friendly and go the extra mile to make sure everything and the meal is perfect for each guest. 
I can’t thank Sonia and the staff at BCC enough for making our day so special and a day to remember forever ❤️

Just recently had an event for an organization where we held a meeting in the morning and a sit-down lunch afterwards...what a success! The staff were so very accommodating and would meet our last minute needs...always! The food was served smoothly, courteously and the needs of the vegans and allergy sensitive members were managed without incidence. Handicap parking was also available at the front door, which was an important issue for some of our guests.
Sonia was very easy to work with in the planning offering many great suggestions that were reflective of her experience.
At the actual event, Astor was the lead with support that day, the serving and all around everything...what a great person!
Thank you BCC...we will be back!

What can I say that has not been said before. This group was fantastic. I booked this venue about a week and a half before my event and Sonia helped from the first email. She had great suggestions that I did not even think about. That is why she does what she does so well. Astor was on her mark. She was there whenever there was a question. The whole teams worked so hard to make our day great. Food was great and a lot of it. They kept us on schedule and you didn't even know they were around. They did their work so well without any disruptions.
If you have an event coming up, please check this location out. You will be disappointed. Big thanks to the whole team, from the chefs, to all of the people working the event and a big thank you to Sonia and Astor.

Our company hosted a Spring Awards Gala at the BCC. From the first phone call and numerous emails to Sonia Radunovic; she was attentive and responsive to all my questions. She offered suggestions and alternatives that clearly made a difference in the success of the Gala. Sonia was a pleasure to work with. The evening of the event Astor responded to my requests with professionalism and top notch service. It was a pleasure to work with her and her team. When a specific beer request was asked of Goran late in the afternoon, he did not hesitate and within 10 minutes he had delivered on my request.
The guests raved about the delicious meal, the beautiful venue and the great service.
The YESA Executive team sends their sincerest thank you and appreciation to Sonia, Astor, Goran and the entire Burlington Convention Centre team for their professionalism and outstanding service. Look forward to doing it all again in December.
