We worked with ZB a few weeks ago and had an amazing experience. Not only was the food delicious and on time, the responses from the ZB team were quick, they made dietary restrictions easy and brought all the necessary cutlery, napkins, plates etc. I would highly recommend ZB for any catering needs!
Very professional team and amazing food.
ZB catered my 40-person womens luncheon. I enjoy hosting and wanted to offer colourful and healthy options to my guests and accommodate allergies and dietary choices. I spoke with Calire who was very helpful and mindful of the requests and delivered on all part of our discussions. The guests particularly loved the Lentil Eggplant Lasagna and the beef Sliders! Everyone was able to enjoy and the food definitely made it a great day. I was really impressed working with ZB and would recommend if youre hosting!
As I can see ZB is paying to have all their bad reviews removed and their lovely service came up in conversation a few days ago, I figured I would re-post my review from 2 years back... My wife and I used Zuchter Berk to cater a dinner on the Friday night prior to our wedding. The dinner was on Friday July 1st so everything was closed for Canada Day.The ordering experience over the phone with the customer service was great, and everything went downhill from there...When the food arrived (about 2 hours late), there was no cutlery or plates which we ordered and paid for, the challah was missing, and the Mediterranean platter we ordered was COMPLETELY covered in green fuzzy mold.The Mashgiach who did the delivery was kind enough to go back to the office to get us the cutlery and plates.The next week I called the caterer's office to voice my complaint, and I was offered a $100 credit towards a future order and a refund for the items that I didnt receive. Considering that I was obviously never going to use this caterer again based on the experience, I requested a discount on the order I had already paid for. They refused to give me any sort of refund, so I tried for over 3 weeks to get in touch with the owner of the company. After multiple voicemails on his machine (to which he didnt respond) I spoke with office staff again. At the end of the day, they offered me a $50 credit on my $1000+ order.All in all, an awful experience with an owner / management who doesnt care about his customers.
