We went for a tour and consult today with Erika and Deborah. They were very welcoming and informative throughout the whole thing. When we got there, we accidentally put our car into a ditch with a bunch of snow. When we told Erika, she immediately called her son to come and help us out. While him, myself, and a couple of very kind passersby worked to get the car out, Erika took my fiance inside to keep warm and made us both hot chocolate to go. We felt so taken care of the whole time! Thanks again to Erika, Deborah and Erik.
