The property is a magnificent complex that overlooks Lake Ontario surrounded by 88 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens (Guild Park & Gardens). We had our wedding here and we cannot speak highly enough about the venue and staff. It’s a beautifully kept facility with a scenic park in the background with many photo opportunities. The staff were responsive, helpful, and supportive throughout the whole process. Even on the day-of, the Guild Inn Team were so timely, professional and fantastic, making the day run so smoothly! Our guests had such a great experience too. We have nothing but positive feedback for the team!

The Guild Inn Estate is a classic Toronto venue, so naturally we had to look into it for our wedding. Most other venues couldn’t meet all our criteria for a small wedding, but the Bickford room was a perfect fit. The outdoor terrace and the park at your footstep is a great perk. We started strong with a tour with Shelley, and she covered everything from the menu, to rentals, to outdoor photo permits, as well as cost details. It made us feel comfortable right off the bat!

Once we settled on a menu and ceremony options, we signed a contract, paid our deposit and were assigned an Event Details Manager – Priyanka. Priyanka was a delight! She walked us through all the steps, answered all our questions, and was an integral part of the planning process. Priyanka and her team were professional, flexible and prompt to make tweaks and adjustments to our menu and event details. She double checked everything and made sure to confirm things that were not super clear. We really appreciated the attention to detail.

On the day of the event, Silvana (the Banquet Manager) and her team supported us with all our needs. They were incredibly polite and accommodating to our guests and attentive to everyone’s needs. The food was delicious, fresh and generously portioned! The staff members were respectful, attentive and took very good care of our guests. We didn't really know what we were expecting, but I can surely say the bar has been set high. I highly recommend the staff, and the facilities at the Guild Inn!

My sister and I hosted a Bridal Shower for my niece last sunday and we chose the Guild Inn Estate, and The Bickford Room, because of it’s stunning setting, inside and out! Maybe a little but of nostalgia as well! Every thing was outstanding from the planning, to the actual event. Rebecca was fantastic in helping us organize the shower, she was professional, knowledgable and so accommodating with all our requests, including inviting more guests than originally planned, and food allergies and dietary restrictions for many of our guests, but especially the bride to be as she has nut allergies, so Rebecca made sure all the food, especially the desserts were nut free! She made all the planning so easy and non stressful!
Judy and the staff on the day were amazing as well, friendly, helpful, very attentive, she checked in often if anything needed. I was so impressed that someone was at the door greeting our guests and opening the door for them, nice touch! The food was delicious, every one commented, and plentiful and there was something for everyone, and their was a wide variety of desserts as well!! The whole experience was outstanding, and we lucked out on a sunny, beautiful day so we could look out the beautiful grounds there.
If you are looking for a venue for a wedding, shower, etc…definitely go the Guild Inn, you will not be disappointed!

On Sunday March 9th, we had my daughter’s bridal shower at the Guild Inn Estate, in the Bickford room. The food was delicious! Our guests had many compliments about their meals.
The service was fantastic! Judy, Silvana and Beth made sure we and all our guests were well taken care of. The whole process of planning this bridal shower from start to finish has been a positive experience thanks to the planning with Shelly before the shower and the attention to detail from the rest of the staff on the day of the shower
A wonderful afternoon was had by all. We are looking forward to the wedding! Thank you to the Guild Inn Staff.

My husband and I decided on the Guild Inn from our very first visit. We’ve seen quite a few venues but none of them stood out to us like the Guild Inn did. The gazebo and the reception was gorgeous! We also had a great experience with the staff especially Natalie. Natalie was our events manager and we cannot thank her enough for her dedication and hard work. She was always on top with the communication and always responded very quickly to our inquiries. We felt at ease with her assisting us and knew we could rely on her. She made planning a big day a lot easier with her knowledge and skills. We highly recommend The Guild Inn!
