The Guild Inn Estate is Toronto’s hidden gem on the waterfront. The property is a magnificent complex that overlooks Lake Ontario surrounded by 88 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens (Guild Park & Gardens). This spectacular multi-venue complex features several dynamic function spaces which can be used individually or combined. Your guests will be mesmerized by the extraordinary views which can be admired through a floor to ceiling glass wall which overlooks the Guild Park gardens. The Guild Inn Estate features outdoor terraces, state of the art audio/visual technology and a gazebo perfect for hosting picturesque ceremonies. We had recently celebrated wedding reception at the Guild Inn Estate in October 2025. They offered different packages with fair price options for wedding packages and decor.

Our Events Details Manager Téja was quick to respond to all our questions and concerns and was accommodating to the best of her capabilities to ensure the day would run smoothly. Her support and guidance throughout the year really put us at ease and made the entire planning process less stressful for the both of us.

The wedding hall the day of the reception turned out so beautiful and embodied our cozy autumn vision! Our Banquet Manager Suman was so kind and incredibly helpful throughout the whole night, helping set up our tables and organizing the movement of our cocktail hour indoors due to the chilly weather.

Food selection was amazing and the food itself was incredible. Our guests gave high praise for the late night ramen station and we still get comments from friends and family about the dinner menu.. especially the rib-eye steak!

Our special day would have not turned out as well without the help of the Guild Inn team, from the first moment we walked in during venue hunting, til the very end of our wedding night.

Our wedding day at this venue was nothing short of perfection. From start to finish, the execution was absolutely flawless. Every detail was handled with care, precision, and a level of professionalism that truly exceeded our expectations.

The food was exceptional—beautifully presented, full of flavour, and praised by every one of our guests. The organization throughout the entire process was exemplary; the team anticipated our needs before we even voiced them and made the planning experience smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable.

And of course, the setting… breathtaking. The scenery created the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and photos, and we couldn’t have dreamed of a more beautiful place to celebrate our day.

If you’re searching for a venue that delivers excellence in every possible way, this is it. We are beyond grateful and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We got married in October of this year at the Guild Inn. Our wedding night at the venue was amazing — everything went so smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Starting from the initial tour and inquiries to the final execution, everyone answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we made the right choice. Rebecca and Teja were especially wonderful to work with and in making the planning process seamless. The staff during the night were super friendly, helpful, and always there when we needed something. They made sure the night flowed perfectly and took care of all the little details so we could just relax and enjoy ourselves. It was such a special evening, and we’re so grateful to the team for making it all come together so beautifully.

Once again we had the pleasure of hosting our daughter’s baby shower at the Bickford house.

I wanted to say that we had an amazing experience again. This time I wanted to express how happy I was from the onset with Ainsley, the details Manager Teja, Silvanna the banquet Manager as well as all the staff that helped with our special day.

Everyone was attentive and helpful, the setup, the food and drinks were fresh and delicious. Everyone was kind and courteous.

A special shout-out to Teja Urquhart that was so helpful and took time to connect, understand my vision, was never pushy and gave me whatever time I needed to ask questions. Further she was always on time and understood the ask and responded in a timely manner to my inquiries.

I will definitely host another event here!

I recently held my daughter’s engagement party at the Bickford room of the Guild Inn and was thoroughly impressed from the initial discussion, planning to the actual event. The service was terrific, every staff member was attentive and genuinely eager to make our event enjoyable. The elderly members of our party was most appreciative of the supportive and helpful staff. The buffet lunch was a highlight as everything was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. There was a good variety of dishes to choose from, not too fancy but definitely of high quality and perfect for lunch. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, gardens, and scenic views of Lake Ontario that was enjoyed and photographed by all members of our party. Our room was a perfect size to mingle and was tastefully decorated. It truly was a perfect spot for our party. Overall, The Guild Inn exceeded all my expectations and I would absolutely recommend it for a engagement party or wedding.

The Guild Inn Estate was an amazing venue to host our wedding in September.

The backdrop of Guildwood Park was perfect for photos, the event staff were highly professional the day of and during the tastings and our guests had a blast (even with the food) during the wedding.

Would highly recommend this venue for your wedding!

We shoot more than 10 weddings from the estate grand open from 2017. The venue is so convenient for everything especially photo shooting session. We are very proudly to be their premium photography and cinema studio.
