I recently had my wedding on Saturday July 2 at Le Jardin and I am extremely disappointed in how this venue is run.There is complete disconnect between management and their set up crews, so much that our ceremony room was set up in reverse of what we had planned beforehand. Picture yourself arriving on your wedding day and having to improvise and mirror everything that you had rehearsed, it was unbelievably stressful. Not to mention things were still being set up half an hour before our planned start time and we were missing chairs, forcing us to push back scheduling. I had to personally run around making sure things were being set up properly and my bridal party knew of all these changes.Set up crews cannot handle simple floor plans and instructions to place wedding favors onto plates for the reception as planned, forcing my own bridal party to get that done. Our vendor table was not set up and prearranged tea cups were not put out in respect to our scheduling, again I had to hound the staff to get things ready in time.I received no follow up calls or emails after our wedding day, even though we voiced our displeasure to the event coordinator on the day of and she said she would check up on us on the Monday to make sure everything went well. I personally emailed the general manager to explain what had happened that day and received no response. No regard for client satisfaction, no one willing to take any responsibility or even offer an apology, it's embarrassing that a venue of this stature can let these things happen on a client's wedding day.If you want to host an event here, make sure you hold their hand the entire way. Do not rely or trust them to do anything on their own as their incompetence will surely let you down.
