Thank you Le Jardin for your support, guidance and patience during the planning of Cassandra and Giancarlo's wedding celebration! Your staff went above and beyond to ensure that the evening was a total success from the champagne toast (that you graciously included and the opening of the 3rd bar.) Your staff avoided potential difficulties and determined that these should be included to ensure the night passed without incident. These are the only 2 things that I was aware of and I am sure there were other things that were addressed without our knowledge.
Feedback from our guests included the great service, the delicious food and the overall ambience of the hall! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
If you plan on booking an event at Chateau Le Jardin, make sure you bring a briefcase full of money because you have to pay before you eat! Have you ever heard of anything more absurd than this. I was a guest at a school Gala on Friday May 2nd and I overheard one of the workers telling one of the organizers of the Gala that they would not start serving dinner until they were paid in full. I could not believe what I heard. I was in shock. I was sitting at a table with the City of Toronto Counsellor and the MPP of Ward 7 and I was so embarrassed that they all heard this. People, please think twice before you book an event at Le Jardin!!! Imagine having your kids wedding there and not being able to eat because you have to pay first. This was pathetic and ridiculous.
Find another hall to have your event at because there are many out there that will treat you better than this....Le Jardin is ridiculous, who asks for money before your event even starts.
VERY EMBARRASSING!!! Stay away!!!
Except location and interiors nothing worth about this place . Not enough starters , Uncooked food served . Very very rude and arrogant staff specially servers. Not worth the time and money. Not recommended at all.
Attended Tet Gala 2019 at this venue, as well as a friend's wedding in summer of 2018. Both events were held in the West Wing. Number of guests were 800 and 400 people, respectively.Beautiful high ceilings & chandeliers. Roomy foyer for guests. Coat check available. Interesting lay-out of men's washroom at the upper level.Food was typical banquet hall fare. Serving staff are minimally courteous.Tip: It was a little tricky to find the entrance & parking to venue. Make sure your GPS tells you to turn on Pentacola, especially if you are coming from the south! (You almost have to slightly drive past the venue, to find parking lot entrance.)
Michael's the best! Stress free wedding planning! We just had the greatest experience so far in our wedding planning with Chateau Le Jardin. Michael Punzo has really set the bar high with us! I have been to many weddings here in the past so I know this is a great venue to host events. I have no stress thinking about the wedding venue knowing that Micheal's on the job. His flexibility and great ideas are setting us up for a memorable wedding experience!
