Facilities and Capacity

The team at Oakville Legacy goes above and beyond to give couples a seamless, stress-free planning experience. They offer the choice of three event spaces, which can host both intimate gatherings of 50 to lavish receptions of 500. Their largest option, Angelos Room, is an impressive circular space featuring columns and skylights that will give your dance floor or head table the center stage it deserves. Vintage chandeliers, exposed wooden beams, and elegant drapery will add an upscale aesthetic to your wedding theme. Also available is the modern Jeana's Room, which features sleek architecture and detailed chandeliers to cover your celebration in a dazzling glow. Up to 270 guests can comfortably dine and dance among the versatile floor plan. For more intimate celebrations, Catarina's Room acts as a blank canvas for you to create your ideal design. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and make for an airy backdrop to your head table. The venue is wheelchair-accessible to ensure that all of your loved ones arrive at your celebration with ease.

We cannot say enough good things about this venue and its employees.

We celebrated our wedding this past weekend and everything was beyond our expectations- absolutely perfect.
Vishi was the real star of it all, making sure that everything was seamless and beautiful. Our meetings with him made us feel at ease, knowing he is a true professional who pays attention to detail and genuinely wants his clients to enjoy their day. He is exceptional and went above our expectations. Thank you so much for everything; you are the absolute best and we are so lucky to have met you.

Our guests are still raving about the food (thank you to all the servers ) the bartenders were all exceptional too; taking pride in their job and serving everyone in a friendly, efficient manner. I really cannot say enough good things! Every single detail was taken care of and was seamless. My husband and I were truly able to enjoy every minute without any stress.

Thank you to all who helped make this night so memorable for us and our guests: from the chefs to the servers, bartenders, event planners and DJ Emporium we are so grateful and thankful that we chose OAKVILLE LEGACY for our wedding and will definitely be recommending you.

Had our wedding here and to say it was a disaster would be a huge understatement. The wedding hall is a flat out scam. The menus they send you clearly state 2 choices for main courses and the day of they only provided beef without any chicken, many of our guests had to eat chicken fingers and fries which is for the kids. Paid extra for premium alcohol and of course the day of they didn't have many of the liquors that were promised. They also require all payments to be made in e-transfer or cash so you have no course of action to dispute like on a credit card. When we got to the hall they were still setting up despite giving a set time. Food was cold and bland. The hall won't even respond back to us since they've already got their money. Please book your big day elsewhere as they will not deliver on what you pay for. Bartender was super overwhelmed as well. This place deserves 0 stars but I had to choose one. Owner agreed to provide a refund and just proceeded to ghose is after. Please read the recent reviews since management has changed. I also have proof of our phone calls where the owner admits to his mistake and said he'd make it up but all empty promises. Will be taking them to small claims court.
