Where to begin, we looked into many many places for a venue. We stumbled upon Claireport and noticed how stunning the outside and inside the venue is. We made a call, and it was the best decision we’ve ever made. There are two numbers to call, both are answered promptly. I was given a quote on the spot, and let me tell you it was a deal. From beginning to end, planning was made a breeze as Jey made everything so seamless. It is stressful trying to plan your big day but Jey made this an incredible experience for not only us but our guests and vendors as well. The options he has for decor, food, alcohol, in house lighting and speakers, table numbers, and so much more are endless. You won’t even need to book additional decor (did I mention he has a floral arch and a piano?). Jey is a busy man, but he remains attentive to your needs and wants for your event. We were amazed at his willingness to help and adjust if there is something missing. His staff are also top tier and can handle a CROWD. (Especially the bartender that night, he held it down) On our event day, not only did Jey help the floor manager throughout the event, he was also monitoring the event ensuring that everything is going as planned and really going the extra mile to ensure that the guests
are satisfied. Our guests very thoroughly enjoyed their food and desserts, beautifully set up by the team at Claireport. Thank you Jey for everything and we will come back to you for more anniversaries, birthdays or any other event we’d need your help with. You and your staff are amazing. You truly have an eye and your passion shows through your attentiveness and willingness to help ensure any event is as seamless as possible.

November 18th 2017 we use this facilities to celebrate Rupert Bourne's 50th birthday. The facility was clean and staff as polite. The manager Jey worked alongside me, making sure that the night went along without a hitch. The decor was fantastic, food was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this venue for any occasions. Thanks Jey we had a blast.

An amazing venue without pushy sales people I first heard about Claireport when I attended a cousin’s wedding back in 2006. The hall was well decorated, and the food was fantastic (more on that later). I was also told by my uncle that should you want, the owner, Jay, could handle everything from décor to menu planning. When planning our wedding for 2008 we saw many venues but eventually decided on Claireport. The price was more than fair, and we were treated like a member of the family throughout the whole process. The owner worked with my budget and scheduled for payment terms. We never felt like we were being nickelled and dimed for each additional item, as everything was included! The food essentially worked like this: there are several ethnically diverse chefs in the kitchen. If you wanted a traditional Sri Lankan meal, you couldn’t go wrong including appam and dosa stations. If you wanted an antipasti bar, you’d get an amazing variety. If you wanted a mix of this and that, they’d accommodate whatever you request. Ten years later, our wedding guests are still talking about the wonderful food (antipasti and Sri Lankan buffet style dinner) they had. Claireport also has great options for décor. We had both a traditional Sri Lankan Hindu and a western style reception over a weekend at Claireport. The hall is able to accommodate any choice of colour for your theme and they will not only coordinate the linen and décor for your event, but they also coordinate the outfits of the serving staff. We now have our baby’s first birthday coming up and we thought we can’t go anywhere but Claireport to host. Returning to Claireport was like seeing an old friend. My wife and I were warmly received, and we were given a tour of the upgraded facilities including updated banquet halls and even the washrooms have been updated (and they are immaculate!). Since 2008 we have been recommending Claireport to friends and family. There is no better place in the GTA for your celebrations.

Claireport Place has been one of my favourite Banquet Halls I've attended. Each time I've attended an event they never fail my expectations. Mr. Jay ( the owner) is very pleasant and very approachable. If anyone had any questions or concerns, he immediately addresses them. Not to mention he is very friendly and easy to speak with. The venue and decorations were so beautiful; the spacing of the dance floor was amazing. This was one hall that I didn't have to squeeze through every table. They put so many details in the venue that they executed the vision perfectly. The food was amazing, the best part was that they had so many varieties; they even had sushi !!!!
